It would be better to just grow a real vine on the fence in my opinion
I had one of those for privacy on my patio when I lived on the sea wall in Okinawa. It survived 6 typhoons (hurricanes) and a small tsunami. The colors did fade a bit, but not too badly for all the years I used it. Safe to say, I think it will be fine.
Give me an entire wall with battlements. Screw those ugly good for nothing chain link fences.
wait, i'm pretty sure the fence wasn't the eyesore it was what was on the other side of the fence.. little mean to the fence if you ask me lol.
One summer later, those plastic "leaves" look permanently yellow, because there's no bleach like sunlight. Just use actual climbing plants. They look a lot better and don't pollute the soil they're on.
Slats and vine coverage though… 😝
It will be a pain when real vines grow on it 😂 especially poison ivy. I struggle with them
I would rotate it, looks to me like the leafs point the wrong way
Looks great until it gets sun bleached
It's plastic crap that fades and becomes brittle in sun
Just get real plants, bushes and vines.
Put the privacy slats in the chainlink then plant vineing plants along the fence that flower for honey bee's and humming birds to feed on and make your space much much nicer
This kind of “privacy fences” annoy me. If you want a privacy fence then get one. These weird middle ground solutions that only give you partial privacy don’t work. If someone wants to watch you they still easily can.
Fast, easy, looks good. Just the appearance of some extra nature is a nice addition.
Serious ice storm conditions and the weight could be substantial although chain link is pretty robust structurally
Why do people think they are being cool by saying 'faux" instead of just saying "fake"?
It's not working.
Would you make a vid on how to replace chain link w/ wooden privacy fence. Keep the posts? Cover or remove the chain? Height extension? What to do if post is not straight 🤔 ty!
Those are $90 for one 9’ piece. May as well replace the fence for that price. Jesus. I swear these YouTubers are so rich they don’t even look at prices of anything anymore. Also how long would those fake leaves last in the weather?
More plastic crap. Grow some vines.
Neighborhood: "You have too much overgrowth. It needs to come down."
What a great idea! A couple years of growth, and you won't be able to see anything through them. 😁
Bugs would be a problem in those
Or….hear me out plant a real plant.
These are outrageously expensive is the only problem
Grow a combination of snow peas and green beans. It will be so thick nobody can see through it. And it will provide food.
5 vine plants and waiting a month… Waste of plastic… Also your house will fall apart in 5 years…
Seems like more plastic to throw away later when it degrades, but hey money right?
I think you look like a prisoner
How long before weather fades and deteriorates
I wonder how long it lasts in the elements 🤔 looks good tho
I would probably think about the weight ? Lol ah i forgot you americans build walls from papers … hahahahaha … lost country … imaging thinking about weight for plastic flowers on a fence 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
How do we vote for the most underrated channel on YouTube? This is an autistic wet dream.
Say negligible again for me… Just once 😂
Thanks for that tip I think here in MO I couldn't do that
I’d rather just live away from people
Those would last 1 summer in the direct sunlight of Phoenix, Az, then the sun will bleach all the leaves white/grey.
we just planted blackberry bushes along our chain link, it did take until the end of the next summer for them to fully cover the fence, but now that they have all we have to do is trim when they get too scraggly and we get free fruit.
Looks good
yeah nice, a bunch of plastic that will disintegrate in the sun. nice
You can still see through that is stupid
I need some of these for constructing duck blinds.
Or just use wisteria? Lol
These expandable foe trellis' "look great"
Only if you have no idea what things that look great look like
Those are about $70.00 EACH at a box hardware store starting with L owes😮. In case nobody asked😁
Well its a women talking so theres gotta be something wrong with it
Not a bad idea as long as you keep them looking new
The more I watch this guy the dumber I feel how does someone so stupid become wealthy nothing he says makes sense.
