I’m growing some my first time. I’m about a month in so far so not an expert. When 50% germinated I started taking the cover off more each day to get them accustomed to dryer conditions. I use a pipette to water the substrate gently two times a day and make sure it’s always moist. I also have a grow light about 6 inches away. So far I have 21/25 guys out and some are starting to turn a little red 🥹

Petit Plant has a lot of videos on transplanting.
This one is very useful which i came across. They transplant after 300 days.
Surprised you able to grow in that medium as baby seedlings need different substrate from adults.
