They don’t really need fertilizer. You can add some slow releasing
ones during their growth phase in spring if you want. Use a low nitrogen, high potassium type.

They grow in absolutely trash conditions, so it’s generally recommended NOT to fertilize them. The hardest thing about lithops is giving them the level of neglect they crave! :))
