I don't comment as much as I probably should. I say things out loud that you never hear as I talk to you during the video lol. I miss the live feeds and really should sign up for patron just for those. I do know why you stopped doing them. It would be so hard with the numbers of people that would join. I hope to one day get to go to one of the events you are at. I got to meet Justin and Rebecca Rhodes at a mother earth news fair, but you guys and the Hollars are my favorite homestead families. Im so glad I stumbled on your YouTube videos…probably in January? I'd already figured I wanted to grow more of my own foods.. ive always done a few veggies..but now I've got a lot all over my back yard. A lot of people think I'm a little off..haha but I'm fine with that.

I love your channel. When you took time off I went and started binge watching your videos and it’s amazing to see where you are now from where you were when you first got to South Carolina. Thank you for sharing a glimpse into you and miahs day to day . Ps plant basil around your tomatoes should help keep the tomato horn worm . I learned this from Brian Lowell from next level gardening. He’s a gardener and homesteader also . I pray for blessings on you and your family and love you all .
I’ve learned a lot from Mrs Zimmerman. I use her pickled beet recipe and a lady from my church told me that they remind her of the beets her sister use to make 🙂

I love your videos. It is like listening to an old friend and I love you sharing your life and farm with us. It motivated me to put in some infrastructure with raised beds and try again after giving up some dealing with Bermuda grass and hot summers.
