Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for “fair use” for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statutes that might otherwise be infringing. Non-profit, educational, or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use.
Courts typically focus on whether the use of copyright-protected material is β€œtransformative.” This means whether the use adds new expression or meaning to the original material, or whether it merely copies from the original.

this is what it looks like to have a master’s in gardening after the owners called him to take care of their overgrown plants this guy transformed the Garden in an amazing way from trimming the edges to creating beautiful shapes with the garden plants he does it all in his own style how many years of experience do you think he has

  1. It doesn't require a Masters to trim up the topiary that was already created by other gardeners over years and years of shearing and training the shrubs. He was just doing the maintenance trims, the shapes were already established. A 16yr old could do the same

  2. You can have a masters in gardening in Horticulture but that does not mean that you have an artistic eye or the ability to pull it off.

  3. I think this guy has at least 15 years experience. This is an art. I need him to transform my yard.πŸ˜‚T

  4. Creative, but most dont know this. If you use that type of shears to cut the trees, eventually, the tree will start dying on the inside. I learned that on This Old House by Roger, the landscape architect. Next time you see those types of trees that are shaped with those shears look inside the tree, it will be all brown hollow and dead.
