There are a lot of ways to grow potatoes. This is one method. You can dig about a 6-12 inch trench and plant potatoes in it. As the stalks grow, fill up the trench with the soil you removed. When they get above the surface you can mound soil around about 1/2 the stem. Potatoes produces along the buried stems. This will increase your yield
