Just getting back into plants again after moving to my new house. E. Trigona has always been one of my favorites and I really want this to become one of those huge plants I can say I've had for years some day. Bought it in May, it's been growing like crazy in the last month which is amazing because the ones I had in the past couldn't even keep leaves. I've watered it maybe every 20 or so days with some Superthrive, and the last time I used a bit of fish fertilizer.
My question is, are these too close together or will they just continue growing in a way that makes sense? The little offshoots started maybe two weeks ago and now they're growing again from the top. I'm afraid of disrupting the roots by pulling one out of the soil and I'm not quite emotional ready to chop and prop but I will if I have to.

They will do fine being close together or split apart. Depends on what you want from the plant.
