**WELCOME TO THE GARDEN!**
*Open Me!*

Hello, Friends! Welcome to my container garden! You’ve seen it on sprints, but now you get to walk through it! I attempted to film this in a way so that you’d get a good idea of the amount of (or lack of) space that I have, so you can see just how much you can grow in small spaces! ❀️

It’s important to note that I’m not a plant-professional. This is my fourth year growing in containers here, and so any “skills” that you think you see have been learned by trial/error and much googling. I just love plants, and I love sitting outside surrounded by them while I’m reading!

All the plants are labeled for you. ❀️ Some will pop up on the screen, others will have markers next to them in the soil. I didn’t mark the nasturtium and marigolds in EVERY place they pop up, as they’re scattered throughout the vegetable containers as bug-repelling companion plants.

This video was taken at the end of May. The fruits and veggies have all been in their containers for one-week to one-month, excluding the grapevine, (going on it’s third summer), the strawberries and garlic (grew out of their containers four years ago), the rose and raspberry bushes (going on their second summer). Some of the potted plants shown come inside over the winter, and so they are not new to this year. They include the Croton, Hibiscus, Amaryllis, Geranium, Goldfish (or Guppy) Plant, Paddle (or Flapjack) Plant, Lemon Tree, and the Thai Chili Tree. There are also new potted plants that will come inside at the end of this season, for their first winter.

Point is: Most of these plants have all summer to get bigger and grander, so when the plants get big, we can do this again!
