[Music] good morning my darlings it is bright and early quarter to 7 in the morning on Friday today we have got the perfect morning for a wild swim it is blue skies literally not a cloud in sight so we’re here at corn again this is my first cornbury wild swim for a while oops I’m just parking I’ll catch up with you down at the Lakes thank you all so much for coming this is the most wonderful morning um you have all brought great energy and sun the sun down [Music] is coming from your seratus so squeeze your underneath your armpit to pull that shoulder down your back body now option here to come up into full side plank or to keep your bottom knee down right hand is going to come up to Sky ribs knitted core braced Now find that slight tuck of the tailbone think about your bum and your tummy squeezing together to support your spine let’s go lift the hips and hold [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] a [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] I oh my goodness that was just the most incredible incredible experience we are so lucky to have this amazing morning and once again just the most incredible group of ladies Chloe took us through about 15 minutes of meditation and then about an hour or 45 minutes of patties and then sound healing and then our wild swim in fe’s be beautiful lakes I just I’m always breathless after it because it’s such a it’s such an incredible morning you get the almost floating sensation and out of the out of body out of this world feeling when you’re doing the palates and then the um sound healing with the crystal bowls and then you instantly are so grounded when you plunge yourself into the lake it’s about 15° so it still takes your breath away and I feel like my heart is still going but it’s not freezing we’ve definitely done it at much colder temperatures but what a what a beautiful location what a gorgeous way to start the day and it’s going to be a beautiful weekend I’ve got um a really nice day ahead of me heading over to a place called The Warton kitchen Gardens and they host a variety of workshops there and today we’re doing I think it’s a Meadow boox flower arranging so that’s going to be so lovely so I think it’s going to be a really Scenic Drive only 20 minutes from here which is perfect a little shout out to both um well Chloe if this is something that you’d like to experience and I would so highly recommend it if you follow Chloe on Instagram then she shares when you can um get tickets to the next one and they do sell out because they’re so fabulous and so popular and a shout out as well to the corbbrey house horse trials which are taking place here in September if you want to come and see this beautiful estate and Fe and David and their team put on the most incredible horse trials it’s a beautiful day out and the tickets for that will be going on sale very very soon so um yeah I’ll leave both of those in the description box but for now I have got my smoothie that I made in preparation last night a little bit of breakfast I’ve got my coffee which is still piping hot in my ocean bottle travel mug feeling amazing feeling invigorated from that beautiful beautiful experience and now let’s head to the Wen kitchen Gardens [Music] well this is very much turn into my absolute perfect day this place is incredible I don’t know everything about it yet I think we’re going to find out some more information and get a little tour later but um I arrived in the neck of time so no time to chat to you before we got started but we’ve got a lovely lady named Mar here and she is taking us through what is called a meadow box floral arrangement so she showed us how to build up the structure and gave us lots of tips and we’ve been building a beautiful Meadow box our display using Blooms from the kitchen Gardens here it’s an amazing setup there’s poly tunnels outside growing space there is a little cafe um apparently the food here is incredible it’s about 45 minutes from where we live and um not too far from Oxford near Whitney near Estelle Manor if you are familiar with that area so just such a lovely place to come and spend some time they’ve got quite a few workshops throughout the year so I’ll leave their kind of schedule link Down Below in case you want to come along um but what a gorgeous place to spend the day and we are so lucky that it’s such a beautiful day today one of their growing areas here they’ve got their broad beans all growing along here what is growing down there I’m not too sure what that is actually they look like little young delphiniums fennels got some uh salad leaves about to be put in the ground here loads and loads of tomatoes starting in the poly tunnels and these beautiful blooms that Marta picked this morning some of these for our meadow boxes look at this gorgeous Nigella I really want to grow this at home this year and next year it obviously likes this kind of climate it just looks so beautiful this is the menu for today for the Warton kitchen Garden um Cafe Arch choke and hollay pear Walnut and stickleton and Andie salad oh my goodness it’s Mouse watering wow so many oh my gosh pink grapefruit and pistachio cake I’m going have to get one of those I just absolutely love places like that it’s this it’s kind of like a a rustic petam Nursery look at this under the grape Vines this little corrugated shelter what a lovely spot for lunch this is a little um kind of mini Deli Farm shop in the middle of the kitchen Garden I mean look at this location this being your office view if you work in here let’s go and see what they’ve got in store this is serious inspo you know what it would be a dream of mine to open a little farm shop one day with local produce one of these bits grown in the gardens here well not everything carrots they’ve still got the mud on them from the ground watering carrots rhubarb I bet they picked that from here how lovely so this is their logo so that means that these are made here as well or from the ingredients here they’ve got a great taste awardwinning wild honey I am definitely going to be taking some of that home they’ve even got a minc meat a lemon marmalade my goodness damam Jam drinking vinegar that is so interesting I was just listening to a podcast on um glucose levels it was talking about adding a bit of vinegar to your water before meals to help with digestion well I’ve just been exploring and I’m almost in like a sensory overload because it’s so beautiful here it’s just kind of my dream business if I was to create a business this would be it just the most beautiful land and estate that they’ve they’ve kept it quite wild you know it’s not perfected in any way but it’s just so gorgeous they’ve got the local homegrown ingredients in the shop they’ve got the cafe they’ve got workshops I’m just in absolute Heaven I finished my Meadow box quite quickly um so I thought I’d come and do some exploring but I’m going to head back to the group now and I’ll show you my creation I also bought my flower press with me my little handbag flower press so the leftover Sweet Peas I asked March if I could press them um so that’s another nice little souvenir from today but first I just want to see what they’re growing in their poly tunnel gosh it is tomato orama in here then they’ve got I think that’s great Vines from the ceiling they’ve got herbs down here too but yeah so many tomatoes oh there’s a bird in here I hope he knows his way out gosh in a few weeks time this is just going to be so fragrant with the smell of gorgeous Tomatoes they’ve got the sweet peas gring up the chising over here how fabulous and down this wild pathway is where we’ve had our Master Class honestly just the loveliest place to spend the morning there’s [Music] Marta so this here is my final Arrangement a wild and wonderful Meadow box we’ve got so many different blooms in here from Wild glasses to Sweet Peas I went for a purple and white color scheme we were just saying that everyone had the same ingredients but they’re also different some of them are so brightly colored look at these some of them are a little bit more compact some of them are just ginormous and so tall I love this one here how it kind of flows down but how gorgeous and so sustainable Marta chose these lovely um little tins that were going to get thrown away um and then we’ve got chicken wire to create the structures so all reusable and just so beautiful okay so I’ve decided to stay for lunch um don’t mind sitting here by myself it’s just such a lovely little setting and I’ve got freshman tea I’ve ordered some lovely things from the menu and this is their drinking vinegar so you can buy it from the shops I think this is quite heavily diluted I just asked for a tiny portion um actually smells quite nice let’s give it a go that’s really lovely oh my gosh it’s actually really refreshing my lunch has arrived I have got pear on Endive Onie and um blue cheese salad with walnuts in there as well I’m sure the peir well maybe maybe the pair and the end dive is grown here and then we have got this incredible Arch joke I don’t know how they’ve cooked it um and then I can dip the leaves in the holiday I’m really enjoying the drinking vinegar I’ve decided it’s kind of like kombucha um but apparently really good for my digestion so how lovely this is just my dream setup well that was delicious I’m now having their pistachio and grapefruit cake my goodness it looks amazing perfect with a cup of fresh mint tea [Music] so these two are having a bit of a date date night and we’ve got some treats for them here’s some treats for you yummy show it through that look at this buddy so romantic it’s very sweet of you here’s Mommy and here’s babies hello would you like some grass there you go Mommy oh right I’m bringing some for you as well there you go there you [Music] go enjoy that lots of nice par sour eating piggles these little chaps are just 4 weeks old I just learned a very interesting fact from Simon that each little piget will return to the same nipple each time they’ve got their they’ve got their favorite and Mommy will only produce on the nipples as per the amount of babies she’d had gosh they having a tough day look at that little T and this big chap is Nelson Nelson is the daddy to all of these piggies look at you would you like some salad oh thank you thank you very much [Music] and just like that I am back home again what’s that oh it’s that I thought it was something sticking out of my ponytail um yeah back home again after after just the most amazing day I feel so lucky to have experienced both places today from starting the day in the most incredible way with Chloe doing the sound healing the meditation the Pilates the wild swim um my gosh what a start of the day and then heading over to the Warton kitchen Gardens I was so generously given a tour by Simon who actually runs won kitchen Garden I could tell he was so passionate about what he’s doing there and I couldn’t recommend it any more highly it’s very close to Oxford so if you pay a visit to Oxford um it’s probably about 20 minutes from straw top Cottage maybe a little bit more but definitely worth a trip the cafe there the food was amazing obviously super seasonal um as much as possible loads of the ingredients are from their very own kitchen Garden which was just sprawling we saw the chickens the Ducks the um the poly tunnels the piglets an incredible place and Simon is really passionate about um cooking with seasonal local ingredients and about showing the amazing produce that we have here in the UK and all grown in the most sustainable biodynamic farming way he uses no dig um techniques with their gardening and it was just just an amazing place if if you like the same kind of things that I do then I think you’ll love it there I I think I said earlier it’s kind of Oxford’s answer to pach from nurse but a little bit more wild and wonderful so really really loved it back home now the sun is trying to come out again and I’ve got a few things here that I’d like to unbox with you Fridays are normally my PR package unboxing days um so I hope you don’t mind if I do a little unboxing with you so first of all I placed this order on 24s last week and I’m pretty sure when this video goes live 24s will be in their summer sale and it is so so worth taking a look at their sale I will probably have done a sale edit so what I might do is pop a few graphics on the screen here of some of my let’s say my top five sale picks 24s is my go-to website for Brands like Seline that they don’t have um on other websites and um not that I should think Seline will go in the sale but they will have some amazing discounts the likes of Zimmerman often go down the sale chloee Brands like that so anyway sale aside let me show you what I purchased we have got first of all here I know what this is going to be my gorgeous new sunglasses which I did not need I will start off by saying I did not need them they are from Chloe and youve got a very springy elasticated case it hasn’t come with any box or anything else just the case but cute little Leather Pouch and then the sunglasses very cute so you just got the most subtle Chloe written on the side there oh they’re quite big for me aren’t they they’re quite like a bit darker than I was expecting excuse my mega flashing this dress is a lot lower than I remember it being um yeah I love those I don’t know if you can really see their fabulousness so with my ring light behind you what do you think they’re just really classic summer glasses I like the fact that they’re quite tortoise Shelly yeah they’re a little bit bit darker than I was expecting and normally I like kind of brown sunglasses as opposed to black but I think these are not quite as harsh on me as a black pair and I love the shape lovely so they are from Chloe oh this is got like a little belt loop on it as well or is it a pocket a pocket on your sunglasses case gorgeous and now this might take you as a surprise especially as I am now a self-declared Barefoot shoe lover but I saw these trainers from L and I just thought they were really fabulous and sometimes like if I’m doing a day in London and I need to look a bit smarter than me I don’t know if that’s even true because the Barefoot that I’m wearing right now the Geo cour shoe I love them and they’re just like plain leather so I do think they’re quite smart I’m basically not sure when I’m going to wear these but I’m really liked them so let me know what you think too ooh they are very cool I feel like these are L’s answer to the Adidas sambers they’ve got that little grippy at the so I mean they look really sporty they look very cool I think these will be my my trendy trainers I love them I love the neutral color they’ve got the little L logo on the tongue there really they feel like bougie mom going to the school run would wear these yeah I love them can’t wait to try those let me know what you think I’m really getting into wearing trainers lately I love it I think it’s my new fashion ERA this is the back just says L on a Friday afternoon I just can’t be bothered with my hair um so I’m just going to whiz this up in a bun again so we can power through the rest of the pr unboxings okay get your PR unboxing bingo card out cuz there’s some things here that you’ll never be able to guess first of all from Kodak the world’s biggest little biggest little mini large camera it’s huge um but this will be really fun at parties like little summer parties it charges with the same cable as your iPhone which is great really handy and unlike many printing cameras where you just have to kind of like hope for the best this has actually got a screen in the back it’s called the mini shot 400 so you can oh there’s a little mirror at the front which is super handy if you’re doing selfies and then if I take a photo hang on let’s do you can see the photo there and decide whether you want to print it or not before you waste the printing paper which is genius so if you’re a fan of um maybe crafting or if you’ve got a wedding or a Hu or something and you want instant printed photos but you don’t want to waste the film on the crappy photos this is a really good idea because yeah you got the screen so it’s like a digital camera and a printing camera there’s actually the all these settings inside it as well you can do different filters on the photos so that’s the Retro filter um you see yeah just loads of different filters which is a really cool idea oops I’m just taking a photo of the ceiling never mind let’s turn this off and hopefully it’ll reset yeah the most random PR your more natural skin care um then that’s a really lovely option up next a burgundy knit from Holland Cooper I love these um like Demi quarter zip knits at the moment I think they’re really sporty I feel like this color is quite autumnal so I probably won’t get too much wear out of this for the next couple of months but this was actually my school color so something very nostalgic about this Ox bloody burgundy it feels like a really sporty throwover um grateful getting yourself T from the gym for lounging around at home for traveling in and yeah this is from their their new collection are we already thinking about autumn colors I’m not um but I will never say no to a gorgeous net from Holland Cooper because their quality is the best we have got some new jewelry here from Monica Viner that’s exciting ooh this is rather beautiful I’ll show you this way so this is from their summer collection I’ve got a few pieces here but I might try it on properly when I’ve got some makeup on in an upcoming Vlog so this has got a mixture of quite natural looking stones and then gold little kind of nuggets as a reminder I have got an always on Monica vinader discount code I believe it’s Josie mv20 leave on the screen here but that is stunning I think this will be fabulous for our upcoming trip it’s going to look really nice against my Katherine zider rose quartz heart bracelet love how they look together gosh my hand looks pale um but yeah they look gorgeous we’ve got some makeup here oh my gosh adaptogen serum Foundation from Tropic skin care that sounds amazing some really incredible ingredients here I wonder what their shade range is going to be like that could be a little bit pale for me let’s see if this one’s a bit deeper o and SPF 30 that looks a bit more like it let’s give it a try I did put some BB cream on this morning but I’ve done an entire wild swim and day since then oh that looks like a really nice consistency beautiful packaging it’s like a frosted glass with a very pale gold lid that’s beautiful one pump dispenses quite a good amount gosh that is a really nice like consistency feels quite silky it smells really nice too but I’m sure they haven’t added any like extra fragrant bits in here an adaptogen serum foundation and it says you can easily blend the layers together it’s going to make my face look a bit flat because I don’t have any bronzer on or anything looks quite flat here cuz as I said I don’t have any bronzer or blush but that coverage is really beautiful and I’m so impressed with the ingredients within this going to add that to my little daily area velvet cushion the next generation of makeup sponge a crafted plush Beauty tool from Ruby cell traditional layers latex free non-porous and antibacterial absorbing less product for a seamless finish ah I should have used this instead of my typical Beauty blender o so it’s like a slightly more Eco version of a beauty blender that’s CL so it’s got a little area here you can slip your fingers into it that feels really nice ooh love that thank you Tropic a little bit of constructive feedback I feel like this is maybe unnecessary plastic um yeah probably could have done without that actually having having said that I think I’m going to store it in this because the whole point of it being antimicrobial or antibacterial probably quite useful if I keep it in a case isn’t it also within the range skin enhancing concealers ooh I’m going to have a full face of Tropic makeup to end my Friday oh my god I’ve done it again I’ve just reached for my old sponge that is just a habit I will try the Tropic one next time just going to add a a little bit of lips o or a lot of lips little bit of bronzer just to bring some shape back into my face and a touch of Tom Ford blush okay let’s carry on we have got from fresh soothing plant-based milks Santella rice and Lin SE this is their hand cream from their milk collection and I was really excited to try their um like body products this is their Lily Jasmine body lotion and learing floral scent with vitamins c and e I was really impressed with the ingredients within this as well and then they’ve got from the same range Lily Jasmine body and hand wash my hand wash in my little powder room has just run out so I’m going to switch in these little guys and then they’ve got a lovely body cleanser as well this sounds like it’s going to be really nourishing the kind of one where you almost don’t need to apply a body lotion afterwards milk body cleanser with soothing plant-based milks Santella rice and Lin seed and then a little mini of their body lotion that could be a great one for any upcoming holidays o one more item here from Monica Viner oh my gosh it’s a matching necklace this just feels like such a beautiful quality piece so nice for layering I’m very much enjoying necklace layering at the moment that looks so pretty gorgeous thank you Monica benador okay and now now finally I’ve got an entire hamper here and I think this is from cowed it’s very heavy so let’s see what’s inside ooh delighted to enclose the iconic cowshed shelfie set and a pair of Jigsaw pajamas to bring the feeling of SOA house home for a mood boosting pamper moment how gorgeous I always just feel very very grateful to receive these gorgeous goodies oh my goodness me these are so lovely they feel silky my goodness look at this lovely pattern I do love a new pair of pajamas my gosh I actually want to put these on right now how cute they are kind of SOA home Vibes aren’t they love I don’t think they are silk they feel feel they let’s have a look no they’re cotton and modal so more affordable than silk but they really really feel so silky love those thank you jigsaw and Cow Shed Wowzer I have been spoiled this is one of my favorites from cowed it is their calming shower scrub with essential oils of lavender and Eucalyptus so it’s a very gentle scrub um again great for taking with you on holiday apricot seed powder that gently polishes skin to leave it clear soft and smooth I do like a gentle Pol poish like this is an everyday um it’s particularly fantastic if you are a fake tan user just to keep the skin really even and smooth and then these are the ones that you’ll typically find in the bedrooms if you stay at places like SOA house or the Ned like I did recently they’re calming bath and shower gel their shampoo which honestly leaves your hair so soft uplifting bath and shower gel I pull this one into the bath wow this is such an amazing set it smells incredible coming from here as well it
