In this video we pretend to be a landscaper and use our power wheels tractor front end loader, Gator, ride on truck with trailer, and water trailer to spread mulch delivered from a real dump truck as well as plant a tree. We also play with our Bruder toys to spread mulch with a front loader, dump truck, and skid steer.
First, dad has a special delivery in a real dump truck. It’s mulch! 8 yards to be exact. Then the landscaping crew pulls up with his ride on kids truck and trailer hauling a Peg Perego John Deere Gator and a manual digger. First he loads the Gator with mulch by driving onto the huge pile with his kids tractor and front end loader. Then we drive to the garden bed and dump the mulch from the Gator. Next, we head back to the garage to grab an apple tree that we want to plant. Dad helps load it onto our trailer and strap it down. Then we drive to the yard and start to dig a hole with our sit-on-top digger. The manual excavator does a great job making a hole, but hits a huge root from a tree that we unfortunately had to cut down. Dad helps clear the root with an axe, and then the boys put the tree in the the whole. Next it needs water, so we head back, grab our tractor, and hook it up to our Joskin toy water trailer. We fill it up with the hose, and then water the tree we just planted. Next, we play a fun game you can do at home. We use our Bruder construction toys to spread mulch and landscape a playhouse. We use a front end loader, dump truck, and skid steer. In the educational segment we learn how mulch works using our wood chipper.

crew is ready to get to work for this job he will use his tractor and loader to dump the mulch into the bed of his gator Gator delivery now he’ll need to position the tractor so we can jump into the gator first let’s get a scoop of mulch then drive up the pile wow this is a complicated setup oh please be careful it’s steep dump into the gator it’s full now let’s jump back in the truck and go this might be tricky fold down the [Music] ramps reverse down the trailer drive into the garden bed [Music] and get ready to [Music] dumb up it goes we’re just going to give it a little bit of help now grab a scoop and spread it at the playhouse oh that’s looking good now that we mulched a little we’re going to go plant a tree the trailer is perfect for this job and here’s dad to help which tree would you like the honey crisp we’re so excited to plant an apple tree and honey crisps are our our favorite strap it tight so it doesn’t fall that’s good that looks nice and secure now let’s head back to the yard to plant it don’t worry we can have fun and do work at the same time the steak marks the spot this manual excavator will help us dig a hole wow that pulled the grass Away Great okay keep digging oh no he’s not going to be able to dig through that Dad will use his axe to chop through this old rotten rad thanks Dad now grab a shovel to clean up the hole time to put in the tree it needs water don’t worry we have a tool for that to the Tractor back up the tractor to the Water trailer now hitch it and make sure to secure the pin nice work the sun is getting low in the sky we need to finish the this job before the mosquitoes come out to play The Water trailer is empty so we’ll need to fill it up great here’s a hose we can use fill her up all full now back over to the tree and open the valve should we have just used the hose to water the tree maybe but what’s the fun in that here’s how you can play along at home these weeds are getting out of control honey well I am so strong I can take care of that weed I just can’t quite get it it’s like this weed has super strength or something let’s just order mulch these trucks have a mulch business hello yes we’ll deliver today Drive the loader into the pile and raise the scoop here comes the dump truck position the loader and dump the scoop head back to the pile for another load you’re all full okay I’ll head out the dump truck is coming with its [Music] delivery back up to the house and [Music] dump yay wow this pile is huge I’ll start spreading with this wheelbarrow honey this is going to be a huge job don’t worry honey I have a manure fork and I have a wheelbarrow what could possibly go wrong oh no he fell over oh I may have underestimated this job dad is going to go grent a skid steer to finish up this job back up to the trailer and hook it up ah this skid steer is awesome pull up to the rental store and put down the ramps oh this is going to be good drive it onto the trailer and go oh that’s a huge skid steer H it’s the only one they had it doesn’t even fit on the tra Tor back it off and head to the pile Scoop from the pile and start spreading dump it on the weed oops I guess they need more it’s all spread add some flowers to complete it yay they smell so good wait the chickens are already destroying it ah get away get away why do I even bother with Landscaping now let’s learn how it works this is how you make mulch we’ll demonstrate with this wood chipper put a bucket under it to collect the wood chips first let’s check if it has gas take off the gas cap ah it needs some okay it’s full turn on the fuel valve and pull the cord Now put on your protective gear mulch has chopped up pieces of wood the wood chipper is turning the branch into mulch look at it fly out the bottom turn it off and grab the bucket and now if we look at [Music] them those sticks became mulch let’s put it around the apple tree we planted and then the important thing with trees is you always leave a little perimeter of mulch free right next to the trunk for bugs in commercial operations huge trees and branches are drown up by an enormous chipper shredder we’ve got a lot of loads to do but at least we can take rides wait are you going to dump that whole bucket on my feet to clean off your feet does that feel good yeah good are you going to leave Footprints that’s when you know your feet are wet you doing going under hello hello does everything look good under there yeah you washing the tractor the hose is probably our favorite toy looks clean the chickens are circling let me at least put it down in the first place before you destroy it it never works the first time no cuz you know why cuz it’s got to get fuel into the carburetor cuz I drained the fuel off so we haven’t started this since we last used it in a kid crew do you think it’s going to start are you asking me that yeah oh no spark on choke I don’t remember just going to hope it has oil in it oh it has life in it turn off the choke it’s going to do it R like a dream mommy was the last one to wear my lab coat I can tell why cuz the sleeves are rolled up well nobody made me a lab coat what was I supposed to do yeah I don’t know why didn’t we get three I guess we’ like lit I think because I wasn’t supposed to be involved no this one goes out to all the boy moms who never thought they’d spend their day wood chipping for
