Find a decent chunk that can be removed without badly affecting the current shape — I’d be eyeing that overhang on the left.
Cut, avoid the sap. Rinse the sap until it stops flowing, let it dry and callous for a few weeks. Then put your cut on some sort of mineral substrate and keep it warm, shaded and occasionally watered. It’ll start to throw roots and then you can transfer it to its full time pot.
