Texas is full of wild edibles

but one thing you want to watch out for when you cut into a plant like this to make sure it is edible if it ever has like a white milk coming out of it it is poisonous and it probably will kill you and here we’ve got some of the cactus flow starting to bloom most colorful flowers are poisonous but these are not uh you can stir fry these up or just eat them raw like this they’re they’re really good it’s actually probably my favorite thing to eat out here these these things are so good nice and fresh
