I’m going to be talking to you about this plant here called Mullen it has many practical uses uh it can be used as a bandage as a washcloth of sorts and native women use them as menstrual pads all because of its uh absorbent properties water just goes into the little Furs furry things on the top of the leaf uh it has the medical properties in the way of being made into a tea it’s good for anything to do with liquid in the body it can be used to treat a runny anything from a runny nose to bowel dysfunction it can be smoked for anything to do with the lungs it can uh help treat asthma pneumonia tuberculosis and uh the spike when it goes to seed looks like this and uh it can be used as a fire spindle I haven’t tried it before but it’s supposed to make it good anyway that’s pretty much all for this plant hope you enjoyed this video I’ll see yall later
