if you’re in zones 9 and up you can also plant a lot of fruit crops such as ground cherries pineapples passion fruit and papaya it’s a good idea to get those into the ground as soon as possible that way once summer arrives they’ll really start taking off and growing

  1. How is planting passion fruit. I was going to buy seeds but then someone mentioned it’s a host plant. Do you get lots of caterpillars, I love gardening but not so much insects. I’m learning 🤷🏻‍♀️

  2. Jerra do you have any tips on starting papaya from seed? More specifically, do the seeds need to be dried out before planting? Someone told me they do.

  3. I bought ground cherry seed from a seller on Amazon, I should have known better. The plant that grew from these “ground cherries” are black nightshade. It’s basically a weed where I live, it grows in cracks in the ground. Next time, I’ll go to a reputable website.
