Beware of the gas yiu can get from Jerusalem artichoke!! Just like beans it's best to aoak them overnight before cooking!! Can't best the vitamins and nutrients present in them though ir their yield which us almost second to none when it comes to root vegitables

Some of these appear to only grow. in subtropical or tropical climates
I've been told that horseradish is unstoppable but I was able to kill it after one season somehow. Maybe it didn't like growing in woods??

Would need a really good greenhouse & even then, the tropicals (bananas & passion fruit…) would need a lot of height & it would still be iffy. 😣

We had the biggest rhubarb plant when we moved out of my childhood home. I've seen that area dug up year after year, and every year it comes back. Rhubarb is hard the first year and then after that, it won't stop coming back. It gets bigger and bigger each year too
