You know the other end of this plant where the new or young leaves cut them about 8 inch long then cut them 1 inch long the branches, boil some water blanc r it made for 3mins don't over cook it do it won't get soggy not too soft still have some crisp it good a little crunchy in salad drain run it in cold water then drain in a bowl cut some tomatoes, onions, ginger small slices combine everything together put little vinegar fish sauce to taste not a lot so it won't get to salty mix everything so it will it will all incorporated you cane serve room temperature or cold you can put in the fridge before serving really n good salad & healthy fresh from you're own garden.
