good morning my darlings so I’ll
continue Vlog it feels as though we have
gone back in time back to Winter
tragically because it is so cold today
and blusterous but you know what a sign
that we are in Spring is in fact what I
just showed you which is the cows in the
field if you’ve ever seen in fact I
think delord put one on their Instagram
if you’ve ever seen a video of cows when
they get released out of the Barns and
into the pages um when the weather warms
up and the fields are not completely
quag myy it’s just the most joyous site
in the entire world because they’re so
happy to be out free roaming after
spending the month in the barns so yeah
spring is meant to be here but today
today it’s rather miserable I however am
not because I have just found out that I
can go and get my hair colored tomorrow
at Michael Van Clark which I’m so
excited about I was really really trying
everything to get my hair colored this
week I’ve actually got got a big big
shoot on
Thursday which you might have seen by
now on Instagram with needle and thread
at Cornwell Manor which might be in the
next Vlog but I was so desperate to sort
out the root situation before that shoot
and luckily I’m able to go in and see
Bernie tomorrow at MVC so I’m in an
excellent mood because of that and also
I don’t have anything planned around it
in London so I might try one of the
London Pilates classes I had um a very
exciting meeting just now and I will
tell you about it um and Chloe Pilates
Chloe was actually within this meeting
and she was saying that last week during
the Easter holidays she went and did a
carve class in London and she said it
was so fabulous I think they call the
machines Transformers instead of
reformers and um they’re like these
massive boards on either sides Springs
on both sides and yeah maybe I’ll give
that a go tomorrow if I can make time to
get to that side of London but today I
actually don’t really know what the
plans are today I’m home a little bit
later than usual because of said
exciting meeting I won’t reveal all of
the details but what I will tell you and
um get you to do is put 1 of July in in
your Diaries especially if you have been
asking about cotw world’s events SL
meetups not necessarily Meetup Meetup
it’s going to be like a fun activity
morning let’s just say if that is up
your street and you’re available to be
in the cot worlds on the 1st of July
just pencil it in well you can pen it in
because it’s definitely happening on
that date but I’ll be able to share more
details as soon as I have them but yeah
really really exciting so I’m just going
to I let my hair air dry naturally after
showering after Pilates I did had a
little bit of time after Pilates until
my meeting so I went for a swim I did a
little sauna I washed my hair a great
pampering session and then I let my hair
air dry so I’m just going to put in my
little curls down at the bottom I have
been mostly
using the ghd rise don’t know ah yes ghd
rise this this is how I’ve been doing my
hair most days because it’s a really
nice combination between straight and
curly just a little bit of curl at the
ends I guess it’s just like a giant hot
roller I think these were really popular
back in the80s and they’re having a
little bit of a
Resurgence o got a call BRB

okay I’m on hold to um my insurance
company this has been a very long phone
call so I managed to do all of my hair
and makeup topups during the call um but
I showed you the products that I used
and used the ghd rise to create this
little nice bit of curl down at the
bottom I’ve popped on my current
favorite hair spray which is this one
from living proof it’s their Flex
hairspray and it just gives hold but my
hair isn’t crispy it’s still feels like
hair so um this will drop oh and it has
heat protection in it as well really
really good one this will drop over the
next 10 15 minutes or so and then it’ll
just like look like a really nice
natural little bit of curl when I finish
this call I think I’m going to do a
little bit more wardrobe sorting with
you and share with you a few of the core
Basics as part of my spring wardrobe but
first let’s sort out my
insurance okay my darlings sorry about
that I was not expecting that call to
last quite so long so as I mentioned I
want to share with you um a few building
block keypr pieces for your wardrobe a
lot of these things I have had for many
a year and they’re the pieces that I
feel by having these in your wardrobe it
really helps you to put together so many
outfits so so not just a statement piece
that you wear once or twice in a season
um or works with one or two things these
are the super versatile pieces that is
worth investing in because you’re just
going to get so much use out of them now
the pieces that I have to share with you
and that I’m wearing incidentally right
now are from Lily silk and I have got
pieces in my ly in my Lily silk wardrobe
in my wardrobe from Lily silk that I’ve
had for many many years and I just bring
out time and time again because the
quality of them is exceptional the
quality of the cashmere of the silks
they wash beautifully the way that they
hang on the body is so elegant they
really do look like such elevated pieces
and especially with natural Fabrics like
cashmere and silk you can find them at
all different price ranges and there
really is such a huge Spectrum in both
price and quality and for me Lily silk
get that sweet spot where the price and
the quality is just
exceptional these trousers I cannot tell
you how many millions probably of times
that I have worn these I actually don’t
even know if they still have these in
stock on the website um they are the
most gorgeous cashmere trousers I have
curled up in a ball on the sofa so many
times they have not once got that little
pocket on the knee which can be so very
annoying this jumper with a little
diamond pattern again it’s been through
the wash so many times I put it on the
setting on my machine and it still looks
as good as new it’s just got such a
lovely fit to it it is without doubt the
most go-to jumper that I wear especially
when I’m relaxing at home I want
something to feel elegant and Chic but
um be incredibly comfortable as well
it’s not got the slightest bit of itch I
don’t have any thermalon
underneath couldn’t recommend any more
highly I hope both of these pieces are

outfits like this because hopefully
we’ve actually just got some sunshine
during my very long phone call the
weather has completely shifted but yeah
this is just even in hopefully not
summer but even in the middle of spring
I still like you wearing it cozy comfy
Fabrics in the house so this is what
I’ve been wearing for my calls and
things this morning but let’s move on to
the spring wardrobe Staples I’m going to
try them on as I explain them to you cuz
I think that would be a lot more
fun okay my darlings I’m starting with
two pieces that have already been some
of the most worn and versatile pieces in
my wardrobe so if we’re thinking about
those building blocks are things you’re
going to get a ton of wear out of then
these two I could not recommend any more
highly so first of all the trousers now
I feel like we’ve been on a little bit
of a journey since maybe September
October last year when this is going to
sound so silly but I never really wore
trousers before that aside from leggings
obviously um and I was really inspired
by the fashion girls of Instagram and I
just thought that looks so lovely so
Timeless and it’s something I’ve never
tried before so I really threw myself in
it dend and I’ve been trying and trying
to put together as many outfits as
possible with these trousers I tried a
few different versions from different
retailers from uniclo to Ralph Lauren
but I just keep coming back to these
Lily silk ones and there are a few
reasons why first of all they just look
Fab they just look absolutely gorgeous
if you can see hopefully the light shall
not blow us out entirely if I step back
here hopefully you can see
the amount of pleating on them is just
pleating perfection they just look so
tailored so smart and yet not too try
hard if that makes sense I can’t stop
looking in the miror at how lovely they
look they’re actually made from a heavy
weight silk and the way that they’ve
been woven it just gives them the most
beautiful drape the most beautiful hang
and something which is practically
unheard of for this style of trouser is
that by some magic Lily silk have made
them so that they don’t crease so you
could actually wear these on a travel
day I wear them into London in fact I’m
probably going to wear them tomorrow
because Hallelujah I’m going to be
sitting in a hairdresser’s chair for
quite a few hours I’m hopefully going to
get a full head um and normally you
stand up and you look so scruffy because
you’ve been scrumbled for so long add
into that the car Journey to the Train
the train journey it’s a lot of sitting
but silk fabric
just doesn’t have those same creas creas
abilities as other Fabrics do third
reason why I adore these is that they
have got an elasticated section at the
back here so they are just eternally
comfortable you don’t I don’t need like
today did I actually tell you this I was
wearing jeans um well I was planning on
wearing jeans for my meeting I took
jeans in my gym bag with me um but then
after I’d eaten something I just had to
go to the bathroom and put my gym
leggings back on because there was so
uncomfortable you don’t have that
problem with these because of that
elasticated waistband at the back
they’ve got nice Deep Pockets for
nonchalantly posing with your hand in
your pockets I love accessorizing them
with a belt um so they’ve got the belt
loops and they’re a really good length
they would be very easy to take up if
you needed to I’ve just popped some
little mules on but a lot of people that
are far cooler than I am wear them with
trainers something else I love to style
them with is patterned mules they also
look fabulous with my little Gucci mules
and then I know this is quite a lot of
obviously highight difference I know
this is quite a lot of brown for an
Autumn out spring outfit um but these
are just so versatile that you can wear
them with pink a little cardigan tucked
in would be absolutely gorgeous as well

you will have seen that I’ve been doing
an outfit Challenge and I’m sure you
will have noticed that these have been
by far in fact I’ll pop a few little
Clips on the screen here so you can see
just some of the many many outfits that
I have been styling these trousers with
so the most versatile building block
piece my spring wardrobe I would say has
to be these trousers so we’ll leave them
linked down below along with the Lily
silk discount code and now let’s talk
about the top I’m not normally a lover
of t-shirts I just find them a little
bit too casual and that was before I
discovered this one I love the color of
it for me in Autumn I want my arms to be
covered I get cold very easily I live in
a very old house and I don’t like to be
cold but at this time of year I’m okay
with getting my arms out so a t-shirt is
great at this time of year side note on
the trousers by the way because of the
loose fit in the winter I wore thermal
leggings underneath them but because
they’re so beautifully fitted as in
floaty no one could see the leggings
underneath it was an absolute savior
this t-shirt fits to Perfection it’s got
a little bit of elastication on the arms
but not enough that it cuts off the
circulation but enough that you don’t
have like a triangle going on on your
arm perfectly high neck I love you can
just see oh you can’t a little bit of
necklace detail you can see the quality
of it it’s the most beautiful fine grade
Kashmere this has also been through the
wash on a very delicate set I would
probably technically advise you to hand
wash but if you’ve got a machine that
has got an exceptionally delicate hand
wash setting that is what I personally
do and so I can attest to the quality
and again something about Lily silk
pieces they just look elegant because
the quality of the fabric means that the
hang the drape color they just get it
spot on they really do so these are two
pieces that I just absolutely adore and
and have got a lot of wear out of them I
would say that two kinds of shirts would
also be for a typical person would be
real classic things to have in a spring
wardrobe especially for work wear so if
I was going to wear these trousers to
the office and let’s be honest they
would be perfect work wear trousers I
would maybe oh did I style these
trousers there goes the sun see you in a
million years I think I styled these
trousers with um this little sleeveless
knit on one of my Instagram stories
didn’t I and that’s quite good fun
really nice with pastel colors as well
and I also styled them with a printed
blouse this is actually one of my
favorite looks at the moment I wore this
to a day of meetings not too long ago
and I just absolutely love how this
looks they are seriously seriously
versatile okay I’m going to stop fang
goinging over the trousers oh we were
talking about shirts weren’t we yes so
new kinds of shirts I think make for a
really versatile spring wardrobe I do
love a linen shirt even with like a pair
of jeans or
something I love how half my clothes
have still got their tags in I don’t
take tags out until I wear things out of
the house like I might have worn things
in an outfit video but the tags only
come out when I wear them out of the
house if anyone else is the same please
let me know and then normally if it
comes up to like the end of the return
policy and I’ve not worn them out of the
house then it means that they get
returned but a linen shirt I think is an
absolute wardrobe staple even as we go
into summer just flinging it over your
shoulders for a really elegant look but
also I’m going to show you a really
beautiful silk blouse that I chose from
Lily so okay I’d actually intended on
showing you this blouse with another
pair of trousers but as I was getting
changed I didn’t take the trousers off
yet and I just abs freaking lutely love
how this looks I feel like this is the
outfit that you wear when you’re hopping
off your private jet onto your yacht in
Monaco that is how fabulous this outfit
is making me feel obviously that is
that’s not going to happen to me this
summer who knows um but it is just such
an elegant outfit can you imagine like
you know they say dress for the job you
want not for the job you have or
something like that can you imagine just
like turning up to work in an outfit
like this everyone would be like whoa
who is she we need to listen to her cuz
she has got her shizel together that’s
that’s the vibe I’m getting from this
outfit it just feels exceptionally Chic
so the blouse itself again exceptional
quality mulbury silk crep duen it is
lightweight which means that it’s got
the most gorgeous hang to it look at the
way like I’ve not even done anything
with the arms they just hang so
perfectly really elegant Timeless shape
and that’s the thing with all of these
pieces they’re all exceptionally
Timeless so yes silk and Kashmir they
are luxury Fabrics which means that we
do need to invest just that little bit
more in but I’m all about quality over
quantity yes I love to mix some High
Street pieces into my wardrobe but the
things that I wear over and over again
they are these quality pieces natural
Fabrics just do it the best and these
pieces the Silhouettes the Styles
there’s no glaring trend about them so
you’ll be wearing these pieces year
after year after year fantastic
Investments but what I absolutely love
about this particular blouse are the
details so I’ll come closer and try not
to Dazzle
you angel light can you see we’ve got
these beautiful little barck Pearl
details on the sleeves here which is
stunning very pearlescent little buttons
as well and we’ve also got these
gorgeous little tie details which are
removable because I know that not
everybody wants to have pearls dangling
down but you can actually do a
little oh it’s just so
adorable oh my
gosh you can just do a little tie on the
neckline I quite look like how
nonchalant they look when they’re just
floating down it just adds a little bit
of Personality a little bit of a
Finishing Touch I like that there’s a
keyhole detail on the sleeves here
everything about it is just super super
elegant so as far as spring wardrobe
Staples a cotton shirt or a linen shirt
and a silk shirt for more elevated
occasions for when you get invited
aboard someone’s yacht in the south of
France this outfit I hope it’s looking
as simply Divine on camera as it is in
the mirror don’t you just hate it when
you put on an outfit you look in the
mirror and you look great and then you
try and take a picture and just doesn’t
translate hopefully that’s not the case
because
this honestly looks amazing and I love
it okay I’ve got a feeling I may have
already shown you this outfit on YouTube
I probably have because I would go as
far as to say this is my favorite spring
outfit I’ve not had many days where it’s
been warm enough to wear it but we are
going out for dinner with friends in a
very fabulous location on Friday so I’m
hoping that I’ll get the weather to wear
this again the Wardrobe staple I would
say is the top
and you might be thinking what do you
even classify that as how does it
qualify as a staple for me it qualifies
as a staple because of its versatility I
have worn this top with jeans I’ve worn
this top much to many
people’s opinionated opinions with
Bermuda shorts um which I love by the
way I’m throwing that out there I think
they look great but my favorite way of
styling this top is with these trousers
trousers are silk as you can see I’m I
mean look at that glossy shine
absolutely Sensational so incredibly
comfortable they I Believe come in a
Navy um as does the top but I think this
champagne color is Just So Divine I’m
trying to move in and out of the light
so you can see how the light catches it
unlike the trousers which are woven in a
different kind of Direction more of a
weave these really show the luster of
silk isn’t it magical that Silk is this
but silk is also this
I find that mindblowing and because of
its natural properties it’s
antibacterial it’s gorgeous on the skin
it’s gorgeous on the hair silk has so
many benefits and it really does stand
the test of time if you look after your
pieces properly I’ll leave a few bits
that I use to care for my silk pieces

you one thing if you’re going to invest
in beautiful piece of your wardrobe just
make sure you look after them again
we’ve got lovely pleats we’ve got lovely
pocket detail this blouse whenever I
wear it on Instagram I get so many
questions about it would you call it a
blouse no you’d call it a sleeveless
knit it’s just so elegant it’s this is a
really bold thing to say but I would
actually say it’s probably my favorite
thing in my wardrobe at the moment um I
love I love getting my arms out
especially when the temperatures rise I
think this color works on everybody
every skin tone every hair color never
seen someone wear this color that
doesn’t suit it it’s that warm kind of
champagne barley color b a r l e y not b
a l i barley oat kind of color and I
just love it I have paired the trousers
with some little strappy sandals but
they look great again with meals um with
this belt which is not a mess I’ll leave
it link down below I just think again so
elegant these are the spring wardrobe
pieces for a Timeless and elegant
wardrobe and I could not adore this
outfit anymore so

highly I
truly just think it is a
masterpiece okay my darlings
recommending a cashmere roll neck jumper
for spring slash as a wardrobe staple is
literally the least groundbreaking thing
in the entire world because it’s so
obvious this is this is probably the
most versatile piece that you will ever
put in your wardrobe because spring
maybe not summer autumn and winter this
is the building block that I assure you
will complete the majority of your
outfits whether you are layering it
again underneath cute little um vest
tops like this I wouldn’t layer the
Lilac with the um um champagney silk but
pretend that it was a different color or
whether you want to have it as a little
layering piece underneath a bigger
jumper or just wear it by itself with a
little lightweight jacket over the top
something that is like this is so slim
fitting and yet so soft and snugly warm
to the body is an absolute wardo
essential however this is not just any
old cashmere roll neck this is actually
a 85% mulbery silk 15% cashmere what
that means is for spring it’s a little
bit lighter if only you guys could feel
this there’s there’s no way that you’re
going to be able to get the softness of
this through the camera but let me tell
you this is by far the softest piece of
knitwear in my entire Wardrobe when I
was putting it on it’s almost like a
pampering treatment for your body
because the fibers are just so
delightful to touch and to have on your
skin it feels as though I’ve got the
most gorgeous soft cocooning body lotion
on my body because it Feels So Divine on
my skin which seems like quite an OT
thing to say but truly this is the most
beautiful cashmere and silk roll neck I
think I’ve ever tried the way that it
fits is perfection it’s a lightweight
knit so a fantastic building block for
this time of year especially if you live
in a country like like the UK where we
still need to be warm at this time of
year but you’re ready to start looking
towards lighter outfits it’s a nice
light color beautiful soft roll
neck I’m just in love with this I think
this probably and the first trousers
would be my top two pieces to pick up if
you’re tempted to try out Lily silk and
I would place an order purely to get
this there is no way that you would ever
regret adding a piece like this to your
wardrobe purely because they are so
versatile if you don’t yet have a
cashmere or silk and Cashmere roll neck
in your wardrobe make it this one
because your mind will be blown at how
many different ways you can wear it and
thank me later okay my darlings what do
we think to the silk trousers in this
deep chocy color I think I’m really
pushing my boundaries when it comes to
styling trousers and I love the
champagne color so much I thought I
would try the chocolate brown I think
they’re probably two statement call a
Spring wardrobe Timeless elegant
essential but at the same time they are
Timeless and they are elegant are they
essential I’m not sure depends on your
line of work if you regularly regularly
need to really dress up and look smart
to host presentations or give meetings
and maybe this would be an essential in
your wardrobe either way I thought I
would try the dark pair because the
light pair are just so Sensational
they’re so comfortable I think they look
so Chic and it’s just another
outfit pairing with the gorgeous top
which quite honestly I’m just kind of
delaying taking it off because it’s such
a gorgeous piece I love the way that it
fits yeah let me know your thoughts on
the darker
trousers okay up next and let me tell
you I was a little bit emotional and
taking off that last piece of knitwear
because it it just hugs you it’s just
Sensational it’s a therapy therapy knit
so up next for another spring wardrobe
staple I’m losing my voice because I’m
so emotionally attached to the knit that
I’ve just taken off next staple is a
cardigan Cardigans are incredibly
versatile you can wear this if you’ve
got a beautiful little strappy dress and
yet there is still that chill in the air
pop on a cardigan if you want to
complete a look and make something seem
a little bit more casual and nonchalant
wear a cardigan I think they’re so
versatile this one is my current
favorite the one that I’m reaching for
the most because of that beautiful
fabric content of cashmere and silk
there is the
laor 100% cashmere so you know that
without having the heaviness of a chunky
knit this is just going to keep you so
toasty warm because Kashmir just has
that magical temperature regulating
ability it keeps you warm but not too
warm it’s got magic powers just like
Silk it’s got a little bit of fluffiness
to it um which just gives it the coziest
look and yet the light fresh white color
makes it perfect for a spring wardrobe
so this again I’ve been getting a lot of
wear out of and even into the warm
summer months when that chill starts to
appear in the evenings it’s just a
fabulous one to pop on over your
shoulders love that it’s v-neck got
these really big beautiful
sunlight pearly buttons which I think
are just such a lovely design detail and
you can see how soft and fluffy the
cashmere fabric is and not in the Teeny
weeniest B itchy not even in the
slightest so it gets a big tick from me
okay my darlings please excuse that
shade of light that’s coming down over
my trousers I wanted to sh with you a
something a little bit different for me
a striped cardigan I see so many people
claiming that a striped cardigan is part
of their core wardrobe so I thought I
would give it a try and I can definitely
see how Timeless something like this
would be not with cream colored trousers
I feel like this does not go together
perfectly the trousers I need to get I
think in one size up I’m really liking
the length of them they are and Other
Stories and I got the 25 length but
their other fabric trousers I also got
in a 25 waist and they were perfect but
25 waist trousers in and the stories
denim is
just not going to fit it’s um
exceptionally tight anyway the striped
cardigan I think is is absolutely
gorgeous again Lily silk detail you’ve
got this lovely almost waffle effect
here and the gorgeous gold buttons same
waffle effect around the um sleeves just
gives it that little touch of
sophisticated design detail um and
really beautiful fabric combination so
this is another really lovely and
hopefully very Timeless classic piece in
my wardrobe I’m going to style it next
time I wear it IRL when the temperature
warm up warm warm up with my little
white kots I think that would be
Perfection kots Bermuda shorts yes with
Bermuda shorts I think this would be a
really sweet kind of elegant sailor kind
of look okay now I know this is a little
bit random to be throwing in there but I
just had to share with you this set of
pajamas because quite
honestly I have never known or seen a
pair of pajamas quite the Chic before in
my entire life and I feel like if you’re
placing a lily silk order which my
goodness if those last pieces didn’t
tempt you then I don’t know what will
then I would so highly recommend if you
are a silk pajama
lover who isn’t to add these into your
basket because they are so fabulous so

are beautiful quality silk they are
going to regulate your temperature as
well so you’re not going to get too warm
in bed they’re going to keep you nice
and warm when you need it just

feels like something I want to wear with
jeans so beautiful I just wanted to
share these with you as well because

silk pajamas have just been getting so

on with my essentials with these lovely
shoes which again I would say are a real
wardrobe essential for spring and summer
not too high just a little height boost
pointed toe super flattering and let me
tell you they just go with so many
things Elevate so many
outfits this outfit is just joyous to me
really really beautiful so whether you
want to be cool and wear a top like this
with jeans or be ultra feminine with a
beautiful skirt like this this is a
potential
feels like an afternoon tea outfit if
you go to very lovely elegant places
then this is gorgeous this would also
look really nice with where have I put
it the cardigan I would not normally
wear the cardigan with the roll neck but
just to show you the versatility and the
layering ability of the two oh it’s just
so
cute oh adorable a little cardigan with
a skirt like this so sweet let me try
another pair of trousers as well so
speaking of which I’ve styled it my
favorite top in the world with a pair of
completely almost like box straight
jeans again I’ll leave these exact ones

kind of gets rid of my waist and yet I’m
not angry about it which is funny
because normally I really want to cinch
in my waist cuz on me it’s the smallest
part um these have got a really nice can
you see Fray hem down at the bottom
which gives them a really casual I can’t
actually do that because we did that
this morning in Pilates with um weights
on ankles so that is quite sore need to
do the other side now to even it up um
but yeah I really like the fading on the
jeans they’re a little bit hip and cool
in that they’ve got um a bit of rip
detail which seems very 1990s Christina
agilera would be thrilled yeah I really
like the wash on them and things like
this it just means that
other things in your wardrobe are
instantly elevated because this is such
a sensational quality piece and
hopefully you’re seeing the versatility
literally goes with everything from
elegant skirts to wear to special
occasions to Casual chilled jeans um I
love these I love this whole look with
the little pointed toe shoes again I
think the wash on them is quite cool
what do we think we all know that I’m
not a jeans expert but I really really
like the wash and the finish on
these I think these would look great
with the cardigan wouldn’t they now this
I just absolutely love I’ve tried to be
a little bit nonchalant by tucking one
side in but I think it just looks a bit
silly so let’s tuck the other side of
the cardigan in this it’s jeans and a
cardigan but because of the quality of
these pieces it just looks so elegant I
can’t describe how much I’m loving
wearing jeans of the moment I feel like
I’ve been I feel like it’s been missing
from my wardrobe for so long and I know
that’s so silly because most people live
in them um so we’ve got the Lily silk
Kashmere cardigan which is Sensational
we’ve got the Lily silk belt which just
kind of draws everything in together I
feel like if I was if I was going for a
day in London realistically I’d have my
massive handbag with me I’m still using
my Milbury baz water from about 10,000
years ago but just practicality wise
this is most likely how I would
accessorize but if I wanted to be really
cute and be all instagramy then I would
have my little ’90s
Charles Keith bag love it love a
cardigan so versatile um so yeah let me
know which styling of the jeans you
prefer and again I’ve got just a little
strappy shoes on you could wear trainers
you could wear heels you could wear
boots underneath because the jeans are
so wide going all the way down can
definitely get away with
boots h i feel very happy with this
outfit now I realized that I started off
by talking about spring wardr Essentials
and now here I am wearing purple
trousers which is
definitely I was about to say I need not
a want it’s definitely a want not a need
um and definitely not a wardrobe
essential but if you do enjoy bringing
more statement things oh flashing into
your wardrobe like this if you like to
have a few fun statement things to bring
in a pop of color I wouldn’t say these
are not like I mean they’re not like a
trend piece they’re just a fabulous
classic pair of trousers in a rather
fabulous on Trend color but what it
hopefully is doing is highlighting we’ll
get this belt on eventually the
versatility of these pieces once again
wearing the cardigan this is just
absolutely adorable I like the fact that

touch too long for

Instagram I’m really enjoying putting
outfits together the fact that we’ve got
a few more moments of sunshine where I
can actually film them really helps
because in Autumn it was really hard
with the low lighting I can’t record
stuff when the lighting is bad it just
always looks really awful um but that’s
basically why you’ve seen so much
fashion content here lately and I could
show you more if you wanted I’ve also
done a mango order I’ve done that me
andm order I’ve got an arette order
arriving soon I would say
I would say I’m keeping maybe 20% of the
new in things cuz I’m being quite
experimental um but I feel like it’s
really given my wardrobe a Pizzazz which
is super do you know what I am going to
do that was a bit of a tangent

going to go outside now make the most of

pick some tulips how wholesome is that
tulips are so expensive to buy at least
they are in dwood um but we’ve got so

stunners look at this I think these are
called a parrot variety when they’ve got
the little ruffle these almost look like
peonies they’re so Sensational these are
really tall like little wine glasses

them oh beautiful and then let’s go
around oh and look at the archway it
just looks as though Heaven it’s glowing
onto it doesn’t it look like it’s
glowing my
goodness this is the best year it’s ever
it’s ever bloomed I would say got the
outdoor furniture out yay beautiful
tulips on the table and some sausage in
toe oh I need to water my
daas strangely colorful tulips o these
are rather gorgeous raspberry ripple
stunning Greenhouse glowing in the
sunlight it’s coming to life it’s coming
to life this is such an exciting time of
year so full of

some of them are doing okay some of them
are looking a bit sad rainbow chard H
not doing as well as I’d expected it to

nothing brings me the same amount of joy
as going and picking flowers from my
garden that is maybe showing my age but

floral earrings that I tried on earlier
anyway so I’ve got my beautiful tulips
I’ve not gone too crazy because
obviously I want to leave lots in the
garden I feel sometimes a bit oh

be quick yes um I do sometimes feel a
bit sad picking flowers from the garden
but when they’re this beautiful and
they’re so plentiful outside I thought
it wouldn’t hurt to bring some in the
house now a few of you mentioned to me
that there’s another little hack that
you can do which is basically when you
pierce you take a pin and you pierce the
top of your tulip just under the head
and apparently that helps to prevent
them from flopping down so let’s give
that a go
so that’s the Tulip head I’m going to
pierce it all the way through are you
meant to do it all the way through
that’s what I’ve done okay and then I
normally like to take off any lower
level

beautiful I don’t know how on Earth it
works but apparently it

just been delivered amongst other things
so where was I just taking off the lower
leaves piercing under the head oops that
wasn’t a very good Pierce puppy can I

sulk when they have just been cut and
the change in temperature but
hopefully especially with our little pin
prick hack I’m hoping they’ll spring
back to life you see people doing the
most amazing time lapses with tulips
that are so floppy and then they ping
back up that looks a little bit scruffy

there’s no other word for it um I know
that they are they go against everything
that I say about ult proess food but oh
they’re so good um I love putting these
this is obviously not um going against
what I like to eat this is very much on
the approved list but we’ve got some of
the aside pouches which are so delicious
in your smoothies dates making my energy
balls I like to buy this kind of puffed
corn in bulk but I thought these little
snack bags will be great for putting in
my handbag for London days vanish also
in our order this really is the best if
you get any marks on anything basically
um I do love how this little Duo smells
it’s the M&S bio laundry liquid
sandalwood and Bergamot and Sandalwood
and Rose
this is the viral Duo that makes your
clothes smell of one of the santel
fragrances santel Rose something or
other and it really does make your
clothes smell so good very glamorous bin

from acardo we do then of course buy a
lot of our veg um and meat from local
Farm shops and local butchers but some
things you just you just need to get
from supermarkets this is also great
because it doesn’t go off as quickly as
bread does so and also it’s actually my

Wednesday morning I’m looking forward to
my little trip into London today it’s
quite refreshing going in and not having
meetings it’s more of a pamper day I’m
going to get my nails done and my hair
done at Michael Van Clark cannot wait
um I also as soon as they open at 9: I’m
going to call the mole Clinic you can
probably guess what they specialize in I
went to them they’ve got a few locations
across London I went to them about a
year and a half ago and you can go
regularly or every year or so and they
basically take a scan of your body Mark
the moles and then they track whether
you’ve got any new ones whether any of
your moles have changed whether there’s
any that you need to keep an eye on and
I think for me as a moly person and
someone who does enjoy being outside in
the sunshine with SPF on then um I think
it’s quite wise to just keep on top of
my Ms so it’s fairly unlikely I guess
that they’ll have any slots today but it
is worth a phone call if not I’ll go
another time um just have my PT session
with Lauren and she really is so lovely
I often forget because she’s so mature
and I feel like we look similar age
maybe that’s just Rose tinted glasses on
my part um but I forget sometimes that
she’s 10 years younger she’s 20 three I
think um and sometimes a song will come
on when we’re working out and I’m like
oh isn’t it funny that David gter is
remixing all of these old songs and
she’s like what this isn’t an original
and she’s cuz she’s so young she missed
the ’90s like pop Club era so she’s
never heard the originals and it’s just
really funny and it it humbles me and
reminds me that I am an adult and not a
little 20-year-old spring chicken I
think it’s Dao thank you and I mean
there’s loads there are so many
different songs The Logical Song when I
was younging the life that one I’m sure
a lot of you watching are probably my
age and you remember that that was
scooter right but now it’s David gter
he’s remixed it and there are so many
examples and those young ons they don’t
remember the originals and it’s well
they they were not born when the
originals came out and it is quite funny
but um aside from making me feel
exceptionally ancient she’s really
really fabulous she’s always got an eye
on my form my hips do weird things when
I’m working out so it’s great to have
someone just like she’ll just like prod
my hip and it’ll remind me to scoot it
to one side or something um she’s very
good at tailoring workouts to each
person Charlie’s with her now and um
they’ll do something completely
different obviously to what I’ve done I
feel very grateful that she com comes to
the house once a week to train me and
then train Charlie and Charlie also
trains with Lauren at SOA Farmhouse so
um yeah absolutely brilliant um so plan
today I’m going to call the mall Clinic
when they open at 9: um and see if they
do have any slots in which case I might
need to go into London a bit earlier but
otherwise I don’t need to leave here
until like midday so I do want to do
some gardening because when I’m in the
hairdresser’s chair that is laptop time
I get so much work done when I’m getting
my hair colored I’ve got Bernie again
which is going to be fantastic so I
don’t need to stress too much about
doing admin this morning cuz it’s going
to be an entire afternoon of distraction
free admin so yeah the plan is to get
into the garden I’ve got I think I
mentioned already a shoot day tomorrow
so I do want to put on a little bit more
fake tan because the loving tan that I
used last time I was a gorgeous color
but it’s not love lasted very well and
that was a week ago that I applied it so
I need to put on another layer so that
is the plan by the way have I mentioned
to you about this I saw this online it’s
the Ole Barista drink that we are all
obsessed with but they have an organic
version now I apologize if they’ve had
this for about 9 years and I’ve just
never realized it it’s not available on
um or I’ve personally never seen it on
regular supermarkets like if I pop into
waitrose or on a cardo they do not sell
the organic one
I bulk bought these from an online I
don’t think it’s a wholesaler but I
basically had to buy two boxes I think
the company was called Baldwins um I
presume they’re an importer where is O
even from is it American oh
British Malo where’s that AB is that
Sweden it feels like a Swedish brand
doesn’t it I’m not too sure but um I’m
not going to go on
off on one don’t worry but oats are one
of the things that do get sprayed a lot
with pesticides so if you eat oats or
consume oats in an oat drink it’s more
important than other things that they
are organic so um if if like me you
simply cannot give up your oatly Barista
they now do or we have found an organic
version so I’ll try and find I’ll try
and find somewhere that sells it and
leave a link down below and you can just
get like two boxes and obviously they
store well so there we go a little PSA

am not growing any micro greens at the
moment I need to get a new batch going
so no micro Greens on top but I’ve got
avocado olive oil salt chili flakes seed
mix oop sorry and um the otal langi
Ducker NYX that I picked up in bista
earlier this week so

yummy here’s the noise of the kettle
behind me but as you can see from this
absolute mess I’ve just been doing my
smoothie jars for the next week or so
and pretty much the same as always so a
mixture of the organic frozen berries
that I get from aard until they are in
season in the UK um there is like half a
ripe banana in each of these we’ve also
got frozen chunks of cauliflower like
last time two different types of
cauliflower I’m not putting any avocado
in this time because Charlie wants the
avocado in the fridge for his lunch
which is fine I’ve popped in a couple of
organic dates in each one a spoonful of
my wild nutrition vegan protein
superfood blend o I haven’t put in my
mushroom powders need to do that I did
see a few comments last time saying this
is an overdose of supplements but
everything that I’m putting in um is
natural so we’re all good I’ve put in
the coconut milk prep kitchen I know but
it makes so much sense imagine if I had
to get out all of this stuff every day
do you know what I was I didn’t know why
I was a bit you know with my I think I
can call it OCD but with my um
intricacies yeah I find it quite hectic
storing all these jars and everything
however it’s really good that we’re
reusing them and it makes total sense
doesn’t it yeah because it like this
takes me 20 minutes to do but it would
take me 15 minutes every day otherwise
so yeah it’s perfect and what I actually
do is when I take these out of the
freezer I open a bottle of
cafir and I put in an asai Berry pouch
which I showed you yesterday
I add my CA in my as Fair pouch and then
I actually make enough smoothie for two
days and I put the next day’s smoothie
in the empty cafir bottle so you are an
innovator and a disruptor I know no it’s
quite groundbreaking what I was thinking
will be pretty groundbreaking if there’s
enough of them but we’re going to have
more raspberries than ever and so you’ll
be go will be thrilled Dicky will be
thrilled but you’ll be able to go out
and put a couple of raspberries in there
W you I will mate you stop me that’s
what I was just saying like I buy the
frozen organic ones from aado at the
moment but as soon as they’re in season
I will use real ones yeah we got
raspberries we need this year I’m going
to be foraging more blackberries than
ever before but we also need to um
design Mission prevent pigeons getting
strawberries oh yeah well don’t you
remember the um I’ll do my black thread
trick anyway I’ll continue telling you
what’s in here um almond butter I’m
going to finish this one off and then
I’m going to be starting the almond
butter that we got from well easy which
is organic cuz I don’t think this one is
um I’ve put some Goji berries in I’ve
put in some of my electrolyte

beef collagen um some blueberry powder
Mega antioxidants and a selection of
nuts um o have I done my cheer seeds yet
no I need to finish off with some cheia
seeds and some of the mushroom powders

seeds and then we are done and they’ll
go in the freezer I am watching Ellie
Swift Ellie and Connor um and I’m very
invested in their Journey moving to the
US they went and looked at San Diego and
um now they’ve decided they’re going to
move to Houston Texas and it’s just
really fun following their Journey so um

in the country I would say excited for
my pampering okay I’m in the chair I’ve
got my matcher I’ve got my biscotti and
Bernie has separated out oh here she is
separated out the hair and we can see
the full extent of my regrowth it’s
pretty scary isn’t it Bernie there a lot
of Darkness going on it’s been too long
naturality going on yes we’re a little

magic hello again my darlings oh my
goodness something about sitting in a
hairdresser’s chair for hours on end
just does awful things to your face but
I’m home again and I could not be
happier with my hair color Bernie as
always has done an exceptional job and
then
Daniela gave me a fantastic trim and
dried my hair off for me I said not to
worry about doing any styling because
I’ve got Pilates in the morning but this
is not the best lighting to show you the
color so I’ll show you properly in the
morning looks a little bit more gray
here than it does in real life but it is
colored to Perfection absolutely
wonderful experience at MVC as always
it’s halfast 7 now and oh
forgot to tell you I had an honest
burger by myself on the way back home
I’m just incapable of walking past
honest burger and it’s really
unfortunate that there’s one that I
nearly always walk past um as I’m
getting to the train station and I I
just I just don’t really have
self-control but it was lovely they do
the collaboration at the Malbone one
with LA fromer which is a cheese place
so I had a double smashed Patty onest
burger with l from marjerie extra cheese
and Sho string fries as well as normal
fries and onion rings and it was
exceptional it definitely gave me a
blood sugar crash though because I slept
the entire train journey home luckily
woke up like 5 minutes before my stop um
but anyway thrilled with my hair um and
yes going to take my makeup off now and
probably have an early night something
about London days just exhaust me even
though I did absolutely nothing I went
into suzan I got my haircut and colored
hadn’t honest burger and came home again
but um it’s taken it out of me so I’m
going to have a nice little pamper um
and yeah going to have an early night
probably going to get into bed by 8:00
p.m. which is honestly my dream so

but I want to start a fresh one tomorrow
