I created this aquatic ecosystem by throwing some dirt from outside in a vase and filling it with water from an established tank. Then i added this plant from one of my tanks. The system is 2 months old and about a month ago it exploded with tinytiny life. Haven't looked at my vase much until now. I was planning to dismantle it and throw whatever was alive to put in a proper new tank. Does anyone recognise the eggs?

Never seen those in my life! Are you sure it’s eggs? It looks like a segmented worm. But if it’s eggs…what kind of fish and/or snails are in that tank you got the plant from?
I think it’s either a type of flat worm, leech, or maybe mosquito larva
