5) March 5, 2024. Is this new moss growth?
6) March 5, 2024. I was never able to fully tackle the fungus. I tried airing it out. The springtails have been in there for a year. I can’t reach in there and clean it out myself.
Mistakes I may have made:
– Too much water in the beginning. I let it air out for some time later.
– Not trimming dead plant material off the fern sooner.
– Using tap water. I’m just learning now that mosses are very sensitive to chlorine. I will be using distilled water from here on out if misting is needed.
