Forever to absorb the water but if you use hot water it absorbs it much faster plus Pete Moss you know you got to massage it It Won’t Suck it in alone it sits on the surface which is really annoying so you got to like really work it

In eventually it will suck it all up you look see see it’s still look at this see it’s still sitting sitting there plus once it starts sucking all the water in the powder will calm down this one’s like extra powdery I can’t stand it I can’t stand

It even with a mask on I got to walk away sometimes usually I do the three bins at a time like I’ll line them up on the table and I’ll go one by one but just for demonstration purposes for you to teach you guys I’m just going to do the

One now if you add too much water like oh man that’s way too much just add more Pete Moss the extra bedding isn’t going to hurt your worms what will hurt your worms is lack of moisture so you got to really work it in this stuff is like man look it’s starting

To to absorb it I scrape on the bottom because as it starts getting wet the stuff will start sinking I look for about an 80% moisture and I can tell just by experience and you will too the more you do it the more you’ll see now this water that I’m working with

Is very hot so I definitely will not put the worms in here until this cools off but I’m going to let this sit overnight and then tomorrow we’re going to put the worms in because by then the water would have absorbed absorbed and it’ll be good

Temperature see you have to like dig in there because Pete M will create these pockets and all of a sudden you’ll go like this and a big poofy Cloud will come up and you’ll know that that part did not absorb the water so this is nice and wet so I’m

Going to leave this overnight tomorrow I’ll check the moisture again see how the water just poures out tomorrow I’ll check the moisture again and if I add more water since I’m adding the worms tomorrow I won’t add really hot water because if you put the worms in here while your water’s hot they’re

Going to run all right so that is the first step now we’re going to leave it alone I cover it with Saran Wrap not Saran Wrap bubble wrap and that way the moisture doesn’t escape over night so let me get that bubble right you’ve seen how well this stuff
