And also bring the matter to the police it was just too much the cpfa says it is going ahead with plans to shut down the home despite the Management’s announcement announced intention to seek legal advice a location that we are um going to move them to so for those for those who will

Be um relocated to another child care facility where ensuring that we keep them together so they will be at one child care facility and we are waiting on the court order now to act and to to move the children a call this afternoon for the leadership of the country to step up in

Bringing back love and unity to the nation it comes as the country continues to be plagued by a number of ills such as gang Warfare speaking at the 44th Ann annual leadership prior breakfast Thursday morning Reverend Omar Morrison called for a reset my brothers and sisters needs to be rescued from this

Hopelessness and this madness of which we have pictures right across the nation our society need to be rescued from gangs and guns and lawlessness rescued from reprisals and extortions rescued from Injustice in high and low places rescued from lewdness that is in some of today’s music that leaves nothing into the

Church need to be rescued from our post pandemic Comfort zones the following story we will air contains graphic images viewers discretion is advised the government says it will be moving ahead with plans to ban corporal punishment the clearest indication came from prime minister Andrew holess on Thursday morning it

Follows a video circulating on social media of a woman physically abusing a teenage young woman in the video the woman is seen standing on the child and stepping on her repeatedly have taken a firm decision now that we have to ban corporal punishment through legislation nationally not just in our schools but

Right across the country we must break the cycle of passing on violence from parent to child and that I think will make a fundamental shift in our society there are other measures which I’ll speak about what we’re seeing now is just outright abuse education Minister fael Williams says the child protection

Investigation as far as iware we should have been having the results of the internal um investigation I believe that he’s trying to buy time to on this one as part of its investigation the KC is looking into reports inspections and approv related to the construction of the apartment complex it was prompted

After the office of the director of public prosecutions referred the case to the corporation to conduct an administrative review in accordance with the provisions of the building act this after it was discovered that in 2020 a senior building inspector at the ksmc conducted final inspections at the site

In question and reported that all requirements were in order with the approved building plans issued by the corporation councilor says he believes there needs to be a separation of power within the ksmc as it relates to the administrative regime for building approvals can’t be with the same person

Who recommend to the committee for the approval of the pro of of of that approval is the same person do the enforcement clearly there has to be a line of demarcation in terms of one a set of person who’s dealing with um enforcement and a set of person who are

Recommending approval he says there are roughly eight building in ectors which is inadequate what I know that it is insufficient so probably that is the investigation we should be doing to do an audit of it to see what do we need the KSC says it will keep the public

  1. Jamaica Jamaica. Jesus Christ why? why? Time to stop the crime. Time to turn to Jesus. Almighty God please help Jamaica. Jamaicans need to do better. Look how bless you are. Look how people love your country so what is the matter. Let people live until God is ready to take them. Stop the killing stop the stealing. Stop the badness. This badness does not pay in the end. Let us put our heart and hands together and be one. What happen to out of many one people? Are we out of many one people?

  2. If corporal punishment is in force & Jamaica has over 1400 murders per year and so many accidental deaths, what will it be if it becomes null & void? DISCIPLINE IS WHAT NEEDS TO BE ENFORCED IN THE HOMES & SOCIETY AT LARGE!!

  3. Every day you all blame PM a PM a tell people fi kill every killing in jamaica as something behind it I'm only sad when inocent person's get caught at the wrong place at the same time don't get me wrong because no 1 deserve to died without being sick ,my condolences to her family and friends R.I.P

  4. We are living in the last days wars and rumors of war boaster lovers of plesure than lovers of God mans heart will grow cold lovers of their own selves false accusers earthquake in different places pestilence signs in the weather in the sun the moon distress of nations what in that you all dont understand it is right there in matt 24.mark 13 luke. 21 so we all need to surrender our lives to Jesus Christ while there is time it is going to get worst so Jesue said he will shorten the days for the elect sake stop blaming the pm and pray 😮❤❤❤❤❤

  5. Ban corporal punishment, this country is no good again, and dem ya pickney ya a go get worsterer
Lord, have mercy on this island, Jamaica

  6. HOW DO U DO THAT ? PRAYERS DON'T WORK , CAPITAL PUNISHMENT WORK , HOW LONG U GONNA PRAY AND NOTHING GOOD HAPPENS ,TRY ANOTHER METHOD ⛓🇯🇲👍🏻🙏🏻

  7. Rev. Morrison said it perfectly! Every sector and everyone in Ja. needs help. The society is a hot mess!!!

  8. The PM needs to talk about widespread Corruption by Politicians and stealing by the financial services, 😎

  9. Nonsense, you are talking Mr Prime Minister! Corporal punishment,is totally different from child abuse. That woman kicking her child is engaged in corporal punishment.. that is clearly abuse. You yourself Mr Prime Minister..had your fair share of discipline by the belt…as do a lot of us. And as a result,it has done us well.. you included! Where do you get talking banning spanking the child! Jamaica is a Christian society! As the wise man said: you cannot spare rod and spoil the child! Why don't you ban the violent video games and violent movies? Certainly these have much more negative impact on our youths. What's wrong with you people¿

  10. It's infuriating to witness the lack of civilized coexistence in Jamaica. The island's residents must realize the consequences of their actions – once you eliminate everyone, what's the plan for the aftermath? The politicians and law enforcement need to shift their focus from exploiting citizens to cleaning up the mess that has befallen the island. The incompetence of Jamaican leadership is staggering – they struggle to address the rampant violence and fail to remove dangerous individuals from the streets. In 2024, the ongoing issues persist, casting a shadow of shame over Jamaica's inability to rectify its situation.
