The repetitive rituals of watering, pruning and shaping minute trees is a life of devotion, giving Bonsai master Chiako Yamamoto a serene connection to nature and time itself.

Could someone please explain to me, how does a bonsai get their nutrients from, when their roots are in a container very very small ???
i love Japanese culture. i think it is so cool and smart that they revire their elders and the wisdom of those who came before them. its something the us is sorely lacking.. i also keep bosai trees and other plants in general. plants like my potted lemon tree i have been growing since the 4th grade, nearly 20 years, and even a seed i planted from that tree nearly 5 years ago now that i keep on the porch at my new house really makes me think about time differently. my mom kept my original tree at her house and loves it, so its fun to have a piece of that tree at my new house and because i live 1200miles away, it is like a piece of home and my childhood has come along with me in a weird way.
la naturaleza es hermosa por donde la veas
🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤❤
The dedication she puts in the work is amazing.

Is this about living a life as unborn sperm that Scots call we people I find it kinda disrespectful about being stunted how would you feel if somebody stunted your growth and played god with the scale of the world around you
I don't like Japanese culture because it is defy of nature I never follow their
Bonsai is a marvelous horticultural art form. Creating and maintaining Bonsai is spiritually energizing.
C'est beau
I saw,witnessed such beauty today,a Sensei,and her trees.❤️🥰
😲
She seems like a cool ass lady. That tree should be in a museum that’s amazing.
I think this art or hobby for some is the best tool in fighting depression and anxiety and teaches patience and decision making. I have too much admiration and respect for this lady
Nonsense years growing that i do want one though a very big one
I really opened my mouth wide when she was pointing at their age, like WHAT!?
that's so amazing, I really want to grow a Bonsai but something stopping me for a reason.
Never fails. Comment sections ruins every moment with some pumpkin spice bimbo talking about how "I felt that" or "can we take a moment and ______". Just shut up. Enjoy the moment and don't say basic things.
Arigato your bonsai are beautiful
Does anyone know where she is located? I would love to meet her someday :).
What a beautiful creat
i feel so bad for this tree it doenst have freedom
My best friend, There's never a boring moment when watching your channel. Love how engaging everything is.

Biologically speaking this is torture
1:56 That cat almost gave me a heart attack!
Which one plant is that ?
Asian people are good at doing one useless thing insanely well
3:31 I’m curious if she even considers it “her bonsai” rather than a product of her family and her heritage or maybe even speaking more broadly the world.
