Your ginger is taking off. Looks like you'll have a great harvest this year, knock on wood.
I look at my ginger & turmeric every day but nothing has popped up so far. But then it's outside on the patio and Mother Nature hasn't decided what season it is yet.
I've killed all the ginger I've tried to grow 🙂 good luck!
