  1. Hello, Can you help me? my combava tree of six years is not bearing fruits, et it is exposed to the sun in my garden.
    Thanks you in advance. Gottfried

  2. Something is eating the new growth on all my citrus, any idea what could be, I thought was chipmunk but I made a cage and still happen, 😢 any idea I don’t want loose my trees.

  3. Great video! Any suggestion for someone who is trying to avoid animal products, especially the ones coming form factory farms like feather meal present in the acid mix?(like in the azalea, camellia & acid mix). Chickens are raised at 99% in factory farms that is to say in horrible conditions. Bat guano and worm cast are fine to me as animals are left alone.
Anyway, thanks for the tip of getting soil tested.

  4. Had a lemon water this morning. When opened had little black specs inside that I was able to remove with a spoon. Maybe about 8,10 in total. Anyone experience this? Lemon smelt fine but was a little strong.

  5. I appreciate the info. I actually have lemons and a lot of them but they are all on the bottom of the tree. The top branches don't flower or produce fruit and the leaves look very different from the bottom leaves. I did cut them back last year but they are back in force with no flowers or fruit and when I look it up it seems I am the only one with this problem. Could that be true?

  6. I have this yellow leaf problem on a young orange tree and I water mine with a water hose we do get some rain but I do use the water hose as well just not sure about the amount to get the soil wet enough or not any help would be appreciated

  7. My fully mature naval orange tree never produced any fruit since I own this house for last 12 years. In the late spring in bay area , the tree is completely full of flowers which turns into pea sized green fruits. But all fruits ultimately drop leaving none or at the most two or three by May end. I see yellow ring on the fruit tip at the time of dropping off. I have tried all kinds of fertilizer and watering frequency to no avail. Haven't done the soil testing yet. The tree looks ok , although I see lot of yellow leaves with green veins. Tried adding iron treatments as well as balanced organic citrus fertilizer with compost, but nothing worked so far.
A nearby lemon tree produces tons of fruits without any care or fertilizer. Leaves on both trees look identical.
What can I do to let my orange tree not drop the fruits ?

  8. I have a dwarf, Meyer lemon tree in a pot, three years old, leaves are green. I just recently cut back to roots stock branches. I have no fruit and I fertilize two times a year. Should I mix in worm castings with my soil??

  9. I have a grapefruit and the fruit is coming in but the leaves are completely falling and are yellow. I live in very hot weather and was told to water it a few times a week, should I be watering it only once a week even if it’s super hot out?

  10. Just bought and potted a small Myer lemon tree. I live in SW Florida and when I put it outside in the sun it starts to wilt and the leaves curl, so I bring it in on the lanai and then it spruces up. I thought lemon trees want hours of sun? The soil is moist but not wet. I even bought special potting soil for citrus. Help

  11. I live in Arizona. My citrus trees have I think heat stress from the super hot July we just had. Leaves are crispy and the lemon tree is dropping its fruit. What should I do? I was told by a local nursery to water them often. I did. The trees still show some green in the limbs so they are not totally dead.

  12. Thank you. This is exactly the holistic protocol I was looking for that doesn't involve sprays and pesticides and other chemicals. I know it's because the trees aren't healthy, which makes them susceptible to pests and diseases, but all the other videos only address the symptoms and not the underlying issue. I want to support to the trees, not bagger them with more stress by excessive pruning and spraying.

Worm castings is on my list of measures to revitalize the garden, and this video highlights the importance of why that is.

    🌺🍵🙏

  13. I have small meyers lemon tree in a pot. It has a little bit of white spots on the trunk and powdery white stuff in the soil. The leaves are curling and light green and starting to get crunchy. I cleaned the roots off really good and repotted it in some soil that is made for citrus trees. If this does not help what could be wrong

  14. Greetings from the Caucasus, namely from Georgia. I have about a thousand mixed citrus trees. I would have a question, which substance's lack can cause annuality in citrus, more like a mandarin tree, which has good fruiting, the second year it literally does not fruit. It used to be stable, this has been happening for the last 7-8 years. Thanks in advance.

  15. I have a meyer lemon tree and a variegated pink lemon tree. Both a few years old in containers. We live in New England and the trees only go out in the summer. This passed summer the meyer lemon exploded with viable fruit. The pink lemon dropped every fruit it ever produced early on except for one that I spotted by chance when I was pruning it before moving it inside before frost comes. I’m wondering why I have struggled so much to get this pink lemon tree to fruit? It’s roughly about twice the size of the meyer in height with tons of healthy leaves and new growth.

  16. Hello, Beginner here. After many tries, I finally grew a lemon tree from a seed that came from an organic lemon! My wonderful lemon tree is approximately 1.5 feet tall. However, it has thorns 2+ inches long. Do lemon trees have thorns? Did it revert back to a parent? Also, cold climate. Is it possible to prune it so it will not grow so big to fit in the house or will that kill it? Thank you.

  17. Would you please tell me how long a lime tree can live. My one is 23 years old. I just wonder if i need to get rid of it and plant a new one. Thank you in advance.

  18. Do you know what happened to my citrus tree? I live in a tropical country. It's very cold and rainy here during December. When I got back home, it lost most of ita leaves. And its lower trunk got really soft and sap is oozing out. This never happened before. My citrus tree is almost 6 yrs old.
