Let’s look at some small trees for your garden: dwarf and small conifers, mainly evergreen, in all sorts of shapes, colors and textures! Here I visit Burkland Gardens in Mt. Vernon WA, a nursery specializing in dwarf and unusual conifers.

Very interesting. I truly enjoyed this. Thanks
Thank you.
Gorgeous plants! Thanks for showing us!
I like not spikey conifers especially 😅
Mr. Gil looks great at 77!
I have been growing very small ones,it is so fun to find new ones.
Were you guys wearing mics because it sounded like you were inside and not more than 5 ft apart, great looking trees also
Thanks!
At 3:10 I noticed the pots are inside larger pots. Im assuming this is to keep the potting medium from freezing over winter? Is there anything else between the pots, like leaves or straw?
Such a beautiful range of colors, makes me want to add more to my garden!
Thanks for showing us these terrific conifers, so fun and interesting! I'd loved to have at least a couple.
Nice, love the dwarf conifers. 😊
Watching this tour of Burkland Gardens made me feel like a kid looking through the Sears Christmas Wish Book and dreaming! Many of your videos make me feel that way Jason and my wish now is for acreage so I can grow lots of these amazing plants!
Awesome video, thank you for making it! Are you allowed to purchase those trees and bring them across the board to Canada?
I’ve never really been a conifer fan for my yard & garden but the dwarf varieties are quite interesting! I’ll have to pay more attention to that side of the nurseries from now on.
Added a few to my wishlist!!
Beautiful!!
Beautiful and interesting! Being in zone 8 I am very limited to wha conifers I can grow! Bummer! Thanks Jason! Blessings!
Thank you for sharing! It is really amazing how many conifers are now available for smaller and midsize gardens —— if you know where to look. But I would note that the Nootka Sparkling Arrow, although a tighter footprint, is estimated (in the Northeast) to reach 30 ft in 30 years according to some… These trees are not super slow growers, they put on height — at least in Zone 6 New England…. This is an absolute must have just not small…
