Jane the professional victim – he needs 'routine' but she's going to start building works while caretaking two old people – total lunatic. And they came all the way back for family that can't even put them up for a couple of months?
Having a husband with young onset Parkinson's, I feel she is still deep in the grieving stage …Losing him, losing her life in Australia, and that is why she is struggling to make the decisions and compromise. I really feel for them, but am glad they found their home eventually
The older Kirstie gets, the more I love her!
(15:02) "Plus ça change… " (…the more it changes, the more it remains the same…).
Fussy IS the word….it’s all about everything SHEs given up….wow sounds bitter….life goes on….pity party….the husband has liked all the effort Phil has made…wants to be settled. Jeez.
I feel for Jane, I really do, but man, she is extremely fussy and wishy washy… 😢
lions mane mushroom helps prevent and treat Dementia.
Fantastic episode, thank you. Real people with real budgets and definite needs and wants. Phil and Kristy both did a super job.
Jane is still overwhelmed by the changes in her life, and perhaps her children and their spouses need to step up and help. Nigel needs to be in a stable living situation, and Jane is unable to make a decision. It can't be put off! Phil and Kirstie need to give their kids a phone call.
Kristie and Phill have the patience of Job. Many times I could see myself walking away …. thinking…. If they don't want it. I'll gladly take it!
She says there is no potential/growth to fix the property and Phil says “why is this a problem” ….omg I hate realtors ….such liars!!!
Wow Phil scare tactics to the extreme….NOT PROFESSIONAL or looking out for your client vs your pay cheque!
They are great people to have helping you find a home and they had nice people to help.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️♥️💜💚🩵🥰🤗
Jane is not making smart decisions at all. She says she’s under pressure but is acting as if following a dream is all that counts
I'm glad it worked out for both couples. Would like to see Becky and Sam's house now, if they still live in it. Probably not though, after 8 years…
What a painful time for Nigel and Jane. I wouldn't wish that on anyone, but it still happens to so many!😔 May God bless them with strength, support and comfort.🙏
Phil and Kirstie were amazing once again!🎉
The flower girl… get the dimensions of the garden, because there are a lot of overgrown shrubs that could be removed and give you much more growing space. You can grow up – sweet peas and other climbers – in arches between beds. And if there's space out front, there's nothing stopping you from putting in some beds there. Be creative. Look into growing much from a compact space. But she doesn't sound like she has anything more than a vague idea of messing about with flowers.
Anyone else have the idea that Phil is far more concerned than Jane with the urgency of getting Jane and her husband out of expensive rental and into a home SOON? She is acting like she's 30 years old with an infinite budget and no need to settle for anything less than the house she's built in her head. Get a GOOD ENOUGH HOUSE for your husband's health and get on with it, woman! When Phil says, 'I'm not saying I've found the perfect house; I am saying I'm showing you the best of what's available right now,' I wish he had a bit more Kirstie in him and said, 'I'm showing you the all there is. Shit or get off the pot already.' The notion that 'I've given up so much' and 'I'll have to give up so much' so I want a house I'm 'in love with' is well and good. But there's a little thing called REALITY: you are NOT building your dream house; you ARE shovelling money out the door living in a rental (is THAT perfect?) and need not to keep eating up your budget while you wait for the 'dream home' that doesn't exist in the UK. I'm surprised that she doesn't say with the house with the alzheimer's annex, 'Oh, there's a doorsill at the patio doors. What about a wheelchair?'
Money is not meant to control people, rather it is meant to be put to work producing more money for you. You cannot build wealth without putting money in its rightful place.
Oooh, boy, Jane is just a little too indecisive. Buy a bungalow that suits her mom and husband, then when they're no longer around, look for a house that suits just her. I must admit, though, that the house they eventually bought looked pretty good. Love the new episode, thanks for the upload.
They're draining money by the week he needs to get in a place and she's acting like a fussy diva
Boy you said it perfectly
Good episode
I'd love to see what the architect and the gardener do with their new home! Please catch us up on that when you can! As for the rest: I almost couldn't watch, it was so depressing.
Jane is just a dullard without imagination, moaning constantly and not listening to her husband who is the ill person. I would not have her as a client.
Jane was awkward and anoying. In the end (although she kept mentioning the needs of her mum and husband) she was only really thinking of herself……………
Shes a weird one
Theres definetly something wrong with Jane and not her husband, she will never be happy
