The ‘Red Robinson’ is a great red perennial in zones 3-7. They are very easy to start indoors and they transplant well. I have been growing them about 10 years. The plant is compact and the flowers are vibrant. I suggest planting a lot in one area. They don’t take over a space. And remember a perennial will come back year after year.
