“I don’t have room for flowers” has to be the number one biggest lie I told myself back before I started growing flowers, when I just mainly grew a vegetable garden & plopped a couple bedding plants in the landscape areas that were already made at the house I was living at the time…

Not only was that a lie, but even if it were true, I needed to MAKE room! Because flowers attract & feed the pollinators, which are CRITICAL, if we want to have a good vegetable harvest!?! Bringing in flowers, that therefore bring in pollinators, can probably DOUBLE your harvest, if not triple!

So if you haven’t made room for flowers in your 2024 vegetable garden plans, go back & make some changes!

There are also a ton of other benefits that flowers bring- they can help deter pests- which is actually the #1 reason I started to MAKE ROOM for them! I had learned that things like marigolds & nasturtium could help deter pests…

Let me know in the comments, what flowers you have grown/plan to grow in your vegetable garden!
