First big dip in the southeast


Last night was a real test for me and the greenhouse! Freeze warnings and lows in the 40-30’s but the greenhouse kept at a minimum of 50° !!!! Gonna spend some time in it today and see if/where I need to plug any holes with greenhouse tape and blankets. I just might be able to pull it off and keep/expand my tropical pre bonsai collection! 🤞🏾

    I’m with you, trying to keep my unheated house warm enough to get the warm weather vegetables through another few nights. So far, it’s working. Then, once it’s inevitable, I’ll switch to just winter vegetables.
