Planting a lettuce tower is a great way to grow a lot in a little space and is a quick, simple and inexpensive way to grow your own food. For this project I’m repurposing one of my strawberry crate towers by filling it in with lettuce seedlings, but you can also built it from scratch. It will be so much fun to harvest a fresh salad in just a few weeks!
Thanks to “Organics Best” Urban Gardener for the original strawberry crate tower idea. Check out his channel: http://bit.ly/organicsbesturbangardener.
