I don't know why I keep forgetting about Half-Baked Harvest, but I'm grateful you reminded me of such a fantastic curation of YUM. You introduced us to her with the roasted cauliflower/chickpea shawarma, and that's become a dinner regular ever since. Beautiful vlog, as always!
I watched a lady boil her pumpkin seeds for ten minutes before she roasted them. She said it breaks down their protective coating so they become more nutritious.

Dear Josie, thank you for this lovely video. I wanted to take a moment to let you know how you and your videos helped me for the past several years. My beloved miniature schnauzer, Tibius, had not done well. He lost his hearing two years ago and then he lost his entire eyesight in January of this year. I watched your videos with my little guy by my side. Your videos helped distract me during my most difficult times. I loved watching you and Charlie have fun and love your two little boys. I said goodbye to Tibius on August 28th. My life hasn’t been the same since. I am completely heartbroken 💔. I haven’t been able to watch any of your videos since then. I tried again this morning and am happy to say that I cried happy tears watching you with Dexter and Dickens. I think I can start watching again because I really missed you and your positive attitude. I just want to thank you from the bottom of my ❤️.

I made a pumpkin chili, ‘‘twas so delish
Froze my pumpkin purée for some later date. So funny cuz I needed limes for my dishes and I only had lemons. Still worked lol
