Girl, it's about time! I was like "we know she not gonna wait til no frost!"😂😂 Great harvest. Good job! In those smaller ones you can just throw them in with a chicken that you're roasting or baking a pork or beef roast of some kind and have yourself some roasted sweet potatoes! Those small ones are still a harvest and will still feed you.
Super sweet video. I got real impatient when I harvested my sweet potatoes and got nothing but duds. Plus I didn’t fertilize at all. But oh well we learn each season and know better to do better. Take care!!!

I love sweet potatoes too. My daughter didn't want to grow them this year because the vines spread so much. She grew yellow ones last year but I prefer the red. You did good! Blessings.

Sweet potato nachos are a great use of the smaller ones. Use French dressing as a sauce on the nachos.

My sweet potatoes do better with no fertilizer. Just loose soil.
The leaves are edible from your sweet potatoes. Just cook down like greens.

Good harvest! Was surprise that you were disappointed but was exciting watching you dig them up and I was happy for you getting each one!
Put a bowl of water near your sweet potatoes for a couple of weeks to up the humidity and sweetness.
