Watch this video to see how our fall garden is doing. We still have a few summer vegetables hanging on, but the first big frost will take them out for good. Thank goodness we have some fall things growing that can stand the cold and frost.

Pretty. Enjoy watching your garden growing
What month do you start your fall garden?
I was discouraged about life this morning, but after hearing you and touring your garden, I'm encouraged to go outside and enjoy my garden. Think ill plant some Irises I dug up! My mother's fav and mine too. I discovered my garden surprise…an iris finding its way thru shade to greet me!❤. I had to smell it which immediately reminds me of my mother! I'm 78 and mom has been gone 20 years. All my irises bring me close to her everyday! ❤
We here in the piedmont of north central Maryland, being at a much lower elevation than you folks, have not yet had a frost, although one can't be very far off as this mornings temperature was 38 degrees. The most significant effect the growing season had on our farmers was a nearly complete lack of rain when the field corn needed it the most. Only stunted stalks and nubbin ears were produced this year..
You are very talented, you seem to be able to plant more in your garden than Brandi and I can on 18 acres. My pumpkin vines bloomed but never put on any pumpkins, my daughter is upset, she said her goal was to grow a pumpkin and make a pie from it. The cooler weather is starting to hurt the wild goldenrod, I’ve been making tea from it because I have kidney problems and it helps with that. You garden looks great. God bless you.
Everything is so beautiful with all the different colors… hoping the deer don't appear 🎃👍
Thank you for this wonderful video LOVE you and your family greetings from England xxx💕💕💕💕
You have many beautiful flowers and some good eats in your fall garden. Thank you for the tour!
Loved the tour! It's fun to see how long some plants survive and produce! Your flowers are beautiful, I never had mine grow that far into fall. Will you hang and dry some of your herbs? Take care and prayers always for you and your family!
Would you happen to know the name/variety of those dark red marigolds? Thank you for the trip around your garden! Love all your videos!
Nasturtium are eatable in salad .
If you put up wall of straw each side on the peppers the cold snap of frost you could cover them with sheets or plastic ,may allow them from being frost add additional time to get more peppers ,some say if prune your peppers you can put them in greenhouse or cold frame .
Beautiful country you live in. Don’t you love how the vibrant fall colors stand out against the deep blue of the October sky? 😍😍😍😍We’ve been enjoying a wonderful fall and I wish it could last a couple more months. But it sounds like we might be getting our first snow next week. We haven’t even had a frost at our place yet. The neighbors down the mountain have, but not us. TeresaSue.
Hello Tipper. Lisa from Oklahoma.
What a sweet video. 😊 I've been a bit behind on planting everything I want to for fall. I've still got some tomatoes and a lot of peppers producing. 😨😊 (Columbia SC)I also somehow have collards, broccoli, and kale that survived the summer and now are thriving. (I generally just eat the leaves of broccoli) My carrots didn't come up so I'll replant them as well as other root vegetables. Your nasturtiums are gorgeous!
Kinda the same for me in my garden. Planted garlic today and harvest herbs to dry. Tarragon, thyme, sage, and rosemary done up in bunches today. Got a few turnips that managed to sprout that are doing well along with green onions. Still finishing off the Sugar Baby watermelons that I grew this year….took forever to get them ripe tho. It's always a struggle but rich rewards as well…and so nice when the garden is done and laid out for the winter ahead. Time to rest both land and flesh.
I love turnips and turnips greens cooked together or separate one of my first memories at about3 years old is setting in a good old black lady's lap eating turnip greens amazing I can remember that far back. Good video
I love the beginning of the garden season but also love the end to see how my bounty or lack there of produced. Now I start thinking what I will do next year. Thank you Tipper.

Oh I love all of your flowers and the rest of the tour. Thanks for taking us along. We have alot of deer also. In the winter they come real close to the house and eat the green ivy down to nothing, but it comes back again the next year.
Thank you for the walk through your lovely garden. Many of the plants you show spark a long forgotten memory of childhood for me. Happy 🍂🍁 Fall! God bless you and family Tipper. Lord be with us all. 🙏
Always enjoy your garden tours! Every thing looks beautiful! Well I have, beets, carrots, radishes coming up. Also 3 cucumbers plants. Hope we don't get an early freeze that kills them.
The geometry of flowers and game trails. Best wishes to your mother.
Thank you, Tipper, for sharing. My garden (my husbands) didn't do good at all. the only thing we got a boat load of yellow squash, my son Jon was thrilled. That boy can consume a lot of vegies! I was just over at the girls' channel where they were singing and playing. They are really good. God bless you all.
Your fall garden looks so good. One year we planted brussels sprouts in the fall & they did terrific. They even stood up to some snow that we had. My basil is still growing right now & I've been clipping & drying it. Katie's garden really took off like wildfire. I know she's happy about it. Prayers for Granny & Hugs to all!
Have you ever eaten any of the nasturtiums? Other than to just sample and see what they taste like. Do you have any place where you enjoy adding them to a dish, that they add or complement the flavors?
Oooooooo! 12:11, 12:17, so pretty!
Lovely, Ms Tipper! I saved this for my Saturday morning coffee time! I just love your little visits, and seeing the progress of the garden — coming and going.
Also, Ms. Katie? middle of the summer starting that garden, new life? Hmmmmmm!!!
Thank you for sharing. I love the Autumn colors in your area – just beautiful❣️🍁
Gardening sometimes is a gamble but sometimes surprises us Have noticed it seems volunteers sometimes do the best. I also have greens and collards planted. Doing good so far Like you the rain patterns do make a difference. You have a beautiful garden and place ❤❤❤❤
The deer whisperer told them to stay away 😊. Gardening is a reward ❤
So beautifully crafted and peaceful great photography thank you
