October is a time of harvesting but even of planting! Today, I harvest all the pumpkins and winter squash from the vegetable garden and then use the same growing area to plant cauliflower and broccoli seedlings. We also have a look at the garden in October.

Just s tip. Sweet potatoes are a beautiful and vigerous vine, but training them up a trellis is nice and all. It will shorten your harvest bulk. It cuts back on the roots, and the tubers will be fewer. The vines, when on the ground, will send out new roots, which will create more tubers.
I grow the worty French pumpkins. They do great on a trellis, grow super well, and are very sweet. They also don't take long. Some self seeded from the compost heap this year. I had one last until May. Pumpkins are just fun.
What about mushrooms?
Lovely! And great turban!
I love your garden! I learn alot and it's always soothing to watch a beautiful garden. And i enjoy Maggie aswell! 😀
I don't understand why eggplants are still a thing. They are the most disgusting vegetable ever. I have the same feeling about raspberries. We grow 15 hectares of raspberries, harvest every day of the year. Don't understand how we make money because they are shit.
What a delightful human.
Amazing squash harvest, Tanya. I’m glad you didn’t lose that large one. It must’ve been delicious. 💕
The leaves are edible too in my tribe.Watching from Nairobi ❤.
Love your garden ❤ Question ?? Noticed your black trays you had your seedlings in….they looked very durable. Do you mind me asking where you purchased them ?
Coucou 👋🏻 👋🏻 👋🏻
Magnifique vidéo bravo
Une formidable récolte 😊
A bientôt
Tanya your garden is beautiful. You’ve done so much in a short time of moving. Amazing.
You should try growing jicama in the polycrub next year. It's such a tasty vegetable. I've grown it indoors in a grow tent and got tubers in just a couple months so I'm sure it would do great for you!
Hiya. Just wanted to say my Muscade de Provence are he same colour as yours rather than a light bronze. I’m confused too 🥴
Woah that pumpkin patch is incredible!!
Sigh…I love your garden. They're perfect! Do you consume everything that you grow? Or do you sell some? It's a lot for 2 people, right? Btw, hugs to Maggie. 😊
Enjoyed the video, it is so pleasant to spend a bit of time in your garden.
The squash look so amazing! love your growing garden ♥
Inspiring
Hoping our Musquee de Provence change color in storage as they are massive but fairly green. Zone 5B. Thanks for sharing your garden with us!
Beautiful
What zone are you in, or area? I wish these videos would state this.
Hi Tanya, what a great haul of pumpkins! Your plot looks fab!
On a different note could you tell me what you put down on your pathways? Is it Polyethalene or weedproof membrane? Many thanks.
Love your hat! Lol
Beautiful squash Tanya! I grew Turks Turban, Uchi Kurkuri and Crown Prince for the first time. I loved watching them grow and will definitely do them again. Your veg garden looks wonderful and all your hard work paid off.
Beautiful !How many people work in your garden?
