It’s one thing to grow a bountiful harvest and an entirely different thing to store it so it doesn’t go bad! After all, the last thing you want to do is spend all of the time, money, and effort growing amazing produce only to store it poorly and have it go moldy, rotten, or limp in a matter of days.

Today we’re back with Steven Cornett of Nature’s Always Right Farms and he’s giving us a full tour of the cooling systems that he has in place on his quarter-acre farm.

If you’re a home gardener…this video still contains a lot of useful insight on how to best store smaller amounts of produce as well…so be sure to watch! But if you’re a market gardener, this is chock-full of low-cost cooling techniques you can use to extend your produce’s shelf life.
