Chris, have you thought they might be cutting production because they are running out of oil?
WTI will not surpass $90 a barrel and will be back in the mid-60s by Christmas.
I'll bet farm on it.
Would now be the time to by an electric car and get solar panels?
It feels like food just keeps going up every week
Low oil production in the US….. Thanks to that POS biden!!!!! We were energy independent under Trump!!!!! FJB!!!!!
Man. I have watched most of your videos. Not one thing has ever come true.
This is beginning to seem like every other news station. Focus on the false information that never happens. I'm a lost viewer
Oil stonks are going down RN. Might be a good idea to get in.
Most people can’t stash hundreds of gallons of gas away, but at least have enough to fill your tank and fuel your generator stored up. Even if you don’t have anything diesel it’s not a bad idea to store that up either. You may be able to sell it or trade it for something you need if a crisis happens. Diesel and gas will be so valuable in a disaster, pretty much liquid gold
As someone that works in the oil sector; the reason many leases don't get used is due to the issues of infrastructure (mainly setting it up and getting everything needed to do so) and that fit some deposits it would cost more to get it out of the ground than what we'd make. More importantly when a contract is signed the pay out to the owner of the land is locked in. So when oil prices go down that owner still gets the elevated price.
Fossil fuels are over. It is better to expect that and get ready. Cut your dependency on cars as a society.
Ugh… I'm so glad I was able to move into student housing downtown. I still drive to work because it's convenient and still financially worth it since my commute is much shorter, but if push comes to shove, I can absolutely walk to work and back without too much trouble.
But if the cost of groceries and rent keep increasing, the money saved from not driving will just be used for those instead and I won't be able to afford daily necessities for much longer, even with all my cost-cutting methods.
Thank you again and again for your well informed, practical, and empowering suggestion for preparedness. A level head is worth its weight in gold during a crisis! 😁👍
Good video.
I work in the oilfield how does this effect me ?
Nor Cal reg gas 5.57
this morning.
Our propane refill was today. Even if we lose power, we'll be able to cook using our stove. Lots of months of cooking if nothing else is working, so we're happy. That and we have enough wood ready to last months of heating. Preparedness is key!
The last time that oil really spiked, the cost of asphalt did as well. This can be a financial disaster for those (thinking particularly of homeowner associations with private streets or condominiums with parking lots that need to be resurfaced in the coming year) who are stuck with needing to move forward with a project.
Is there opportunity? You bet! Watch the cost of RV's (already in a troubled market) drop, as well as large SUV's and pickups, as the high oil prices push people toward more fuel efficient vehicles. The last time that oil spiked, we bought a full size SUV, which has served us well.
I feel I have am finally comfortable with my preps. My last purchase was an additional battery for my Ecoflow Delta Max 2000. Got it for $800 on-sale. Price is back up over $1k. Great option for a backup for our gas generator. Now I can breathe a little easier.
Not a completely correct look at the current situation
😂😂🎉 end of the petrodollar😂😂🎉 say it.
Two days later and oil is down…😂😂😂😂
Thank you for pretty darn neutral analysis. When someone starts to moralizing about the bad guys they usually are not considering "Are we the baddies?".
Slow down please, it’ll help with “mush-mouth.” Not everyone has English as their first language, we are especially sensitive to tangling up in “mush-mouth.” Diction matters! Thank you for your insight, studied knowledge, and sharing.
Biden using GOV to force you to buy an EV product is WAY WRONG. Any smart leader would counter Russia/Saudi measures against us but Joe just sleeps.
Hi Kris- believe what you tell us IS coming, but, am confused because although pump prices are lower by a few pennies a day here in NW ARKANSAS & seem to be on a downward streak; we are @ the $3,19/ gal. range. Of course I ve known it to also Spike up.30 cents overnight! Wonder what role Walmart is playing in this? Anyway, thanks again for the warning! ☮️& 🌱
Farm tractors run on diesel, no diesel, NO FOOD period!!! You are kidding yourself, more like $ 200 . / a barrel . 42 gallons is a oilfield barrel
Great points on unused drilling rights. But I’m sure that they are years ahead of this …
I remember sitting in those lines. I was really young but I remember.
elections have consequences America. Mean tweets or $7 a gallon gas?
The federal permits that were granted were not in areas expected to yield a lot of oil. Biden won’t allow drilling where the known oil is at.
You can't trust you tube
Yes, been through both 1973 and 1979 gas crunches. (L.A.) First crunch gas went up from .23 a gallon to near $1 a gallon. Sometimes we would wait in line for gas and the stations tank would run out before you got your turn. Some people parked a block away and carried a 5 gallon can to fill up and didn't wait in line.
In 2008, crude hit $147, bub. $100 is nothing.
Allright bub. Your content has not improved. Still milktoast. Will check back maybe Nov. Here is the deal with Peak Oil, bub. We are fracking (cracking) rocks to find gas. We are sifting crude oil from tar sand. When it takes 1.1 barrels of crude to extract 1 barrel of crude…the Ponzi scheme will burst.
Crude oil is not like gold. While it takes crude oil to get gold, it does not matter how much the cost is to get the gold; the market will justify it in price. Crude oil is different. It takes crude to get crude oil. And when it is a losing proposition that costs more in crude than you get in crude, we will be done for. There is no fungible replacement for crude oil, bub.
It’s only created by a few. The few that hate democracy. The few that want a one world mafia.
Were all over the barrel
Held to ransome by sanctions caused by BBBideneconomics
And other G7 leaders
……
Uk is £1.62 a litre of diesel ,around £7 a gallon , about 6.50 dollars a gallon
ATTENTION: 13 days ! the movies recommended. CORRECTION #1: I stated the Movie was 13 HOURS NOT TRUE!!!! 13 DAYS is the movie recommended. CORRECTION #2: PLANTS Less Lethal – RESEARCH growth pattern!! SERIOUS PLANTS. Some plants BLOW WITH THE WIND where they land, is where they will grow!! Some Plants Throw ( Spit ) they're seeds .. And Some Plants attach they're limbs and Roots to surrounding structures. this is why they are referred to a DOMINATING OR INVASIVE PLANTS…they are also FAST GROWING…. thus…. ENCLOSURES are REQUIRED…CAUTION… these are TRUE THREATS….and CONCRETE OR BICKED IN DITCHES will help control the Dangerous and sometimes, Deadly Plants. Please forgive me due to "RESEARCH SCRAMBLE" omission, misrepresentations or mistakes
