At about 3-4 weeks your pepper seedlings/seed starts (and tomatoes) are ready for liquid feedings, thinning and about ready to be moved into transplant cups. Different varieties germinate at different rates. The first ‘True Leaves’ is the signal for tending your vegetable seed starts.
