Cutting all the leaves off a spinach plant will kill it. When spinach bolts trimming the flower or removing leaves doesn’t seem to help delay flowering. Hydroponic spinach which has access to unlimited water seems to take longer to bolt.
We’ve had 90 degree temps for over a week after the creation of this video and the hydroponic spinach (Kratky method) is just starting to flower.
