I can’t believe it is the middle of September already. Time really does fly when your having fun!
September is the time to start making plans for next year and prepare the land for the next growing season.
As the weather has been fine it was a perfect opportunity to start clearing the beds Starting with the Blue lake climbing beans as they have finished producing beans now.
I saved some of the edible beans for the food bank and the rest I have kept for next years seed.

But before all that I boil the kettle using my Robens twig burning stove and also a military issue stove I bought for camping.

All that and a plot tour for mid September with a bit of light hearted fun along the way.
So go and make yourselves a cupp and sit down and enjoy my latest video.
Thanks for watching and as always a big thank you for Subscribing to my channel.
See you’s on the next one,
Crack on!
Dave.

  1. Had to make a cuppa before I watch this. love it when I see a you have uploaded a video cracking

  2. Always enjoy your videos mate. The camping stuff is great. I do a lot of beach fishing here in New Zealand and have been looking at one of those little twig stoves. I’ve been using one of those little army stoves for the last 20 years, it’s great but I don’t like lugging a gas canister around in my stinking hot car. So thanks for the demonstration. I’m going shopping. πŸ‘

  3. That Autumn Breeze song sounded really good man! However, I'd like to suggest please don't sing in an American accent, words like 'Audumn' just don't sound right.

  4. Outstanding show. I have one of the fold up fire pots as well I enjoy it at the camp outs.

  5. Dave, absolutely brilliant, thank you πŸ‘. Your videos are a real highlight. I like the fact that you include gardening hints and tips, your music and the camping stuff all adds up to a great blend. You clearly know how to grow vegetables and I enjoy seeing what you're growing and the techniques you use. Sharing our experiences is how we all learn. As for your gardening radio station, sadly the BBC is ruining local radio, we've lost a lot of local programmes and now have to listen to regional stuff. Anyway, great update, I only grow Boltardy beetroot, it is reliable. We'll done Dave, great channel, "cheers". Thank you. Paul
