It is so awesome to see your parents helping you out what a great family you all are!!
Oh. My. Goodness!!!!!! Look at all those beans!!!! Lol. Many grand blessings everyone everywhere.
Potatoes growing potatoes was because it was so dry. They went dormant while dry. Then lots of water with rain, and broke dormancy and grew tiny bumps.
Many grand blessings everyone everywhere.
Don't drop the sunflower plant on your wife's head!!!! Lol. Many grand blessings everyone everywhere.
Ugh. My knees are hurting just watching you kneel on that concrete.
Blessings everyone everywhere
That's a nice pile of onions you got, just from helter skelter onion plants. Many grand blessings everyone everywhere.
she is there to protect your veggies
17:34 omg! That was so close to being sliced in half by the shovel! 😮😂
My first thought was: Won't the potatoes get damaged with a shovel & pitch fork?😅
You have the best parents. I can't believe how beautiful and full your gardens are for starting them 6 months ago. Great job!
I love the days that Mom and Dad join in the fun.
I cannot put fully into words my emotions … so happy to see the beautiful harvest, and seeing your parents working with you is bittersweet (my own have been heaven's residents for a couple years now and makes me miss them a little more) but happy to see a bit of them in your folks. You are so very blessed, Becky ❤❤❤
Try using those lovely onion greens to freeze dry or dehydrate and make green onion powder.
Wow, great harvest. Way to go mom, dad and Becky!
Hi Becky it is so satisfying watching you dad and mom harvest… I live in the Caribbean and I wish I can find a remedy on how to grow potatoes in the heat….nevertheless I’ll keep trying until success. Keep doing what you do!
It's a garden spider. They are beautiful and wonderful to have in the garden!
Can you do the Ruth Stout planting in raised beds? How would they do?
Wonderful garden 👍! Love digging for potatoes. I call it digging for gold🙂
I've never heard of Red Kennebec potatoes. Where'd you buy them? Your potato harvest is beautiful. Oh and that one larger sunflower is very nice
that spider covered my entire body in goosebumps
we have a problem with Preying Mantis specifically in my green beans. Makes me want to die ever time i almost touch him hahahahah
Fun fact! The nitrogen fixation by the black beans is actually a symbiotic relationship between nitrogen fixing bacteria and the plant. Where the plant gives energy in form of organic acids and by "buffering" oxygen(which is important for the nitrogen fixing process in the bacteria), and the bacteria provides nitrogen.
Even though the results were not perfect for your potatoes, you have a decent harvest! I am sure you will put anything you need to eat quickly to good use in various forms. Leaning so much from you Becky! Love the videos! Purchased canning materials, want to can tomato sauce as you did and that bruschetta!!!!
And that right there, 11:38 is why I could never garden. I’d be okay until I came across one of those, or one of her more drab sisters, and that would be it; the plants would be on their on
It’s so wonderful to spend time at the garden with mom an dad!! I’m glad that you guys spent such a wonderful time together 😊
You are so incredibly lucky to have healthy active parents to help you in your garden. Please, please cherish every second you spend with them while you can.😊
I was waiting for your dad to say “treasure hunting”! And when he did I squealed like a little girl. You and your family are such a joy 🙏💝
Please have your dad on more often! He is such a awesome narrator and love listening to him!
I always have 1 or 2 of those spiders in my garden I think they're beautiful and fascinating they eat alot of insects . That does not mean I want to touch them nor do I want them to touch me lol
Your parents seem like such sweet people! It is so nice that they came to help you. I enjoyed your dad talking to the camera. He seemed like such a natural vlogger. 😄
Garden spiders are great! They’ll get much much bigger than that. They eat tons of bugs! They are wonderful!
I sure wish my dad was willing to come just spend time with me, or help. They’re 45 minutes away and thats a bit too far for them. It makes me so happy to see your family together. LIFEGOALS- we’re homeschooling our kids, and we do grow most of our own food, not nearly as much as you, but I hope to have this sort of relationship with my kids. What a blessing.
Hello, I love your youtube. Where is your baby while picking in your garden?
