Thanks for sharing these beautiful plants with us.
Beautiful plants 😊😊👌🌿🌿 looking forward to seeing them in the new signature garden.
I am in love with that beautiful pink Azalea, and no Southern garden is complete without Gardena’s. They always make me think about my grandmother, they were her favorite flowers 🌸 ❤
Are these hydrangeas prone to fungus and black spot? I’ve had the hardest time with my “Endless Summer” hydrangeas getting too wet from rain and then they end up looking horrible most of the season. 😢
If the shrubs are grown in Michigan how do they handle our weather? Just wondering if you know ? 🌺💚🙃
Dang, I want a dogwood
I think that fairy tail bride hydrangea will be the first plant I order from you. It sounds like it might actually do well in Houston.
Are you going to be able to ship these when you are ready to ship plants?
Ha unless you live in Texas where it is 107 today!
Excited to see how they do!! Especially the Indian Hawthorn!!! I am in a zone 8B!!!!! 😁😁😁😁
PW needs to figure out azaleas and gardenias and crepe myrtles for the northern climates as well. 🌺💚🙃 And tea olives ! 🌺💚🙃 and camellias 🌺💚🙃
I love abelias! Great evergreen and the pollinators enjoy them too. Butterflies and hummingbirds are all over mine. That new one looks so pretty!
Loropetalum 😮
How exciting!
We have the perfectomundo pink azalea, but it only bloomed in the spring for us …. any suggestions to get it to bloom like it's supposed to? Thank you in advance( Washington state zone 8b planted on the southwest side of our house… it gets morning shade 🤷🏼♀️)
Michigan 6a here! Is Spring meadows nursery open to the public or just for Nursery owners? There’s so many Proven Winners flowers/shrubs on my list for my new home. Would love to visit your beautiful nursery but that’s definitely a long road trip home with lots of plants!
Beautiful plants! When is the best time to prune a gardenia bush?
The Let’s Dance Can Do performed well in my zone 5 🌸❤️🇨🇦 so I would be looking to getting that new one!
Perfecto Mudo Double Pink. I need that.
I love how Spring Meadow Nursery has photos of the plants from far away unlike other nurseries. A man and a dog pose with the plant in front of them. 🙂
Hi, Jenny 👋🏼 I planted a Tuff Stuff in full afternoon sun ☀️ up here just South of Boston; zone 6 and she is NOT happy! Constant water and burning tips. She’ll be moved this Fall for sure. Gorgeous 😍plant, though! Have a Blessed Day 😊🐶
Anyone offering tips on how to keep a gardenia alive in zone 9b I will take them, I have killed more than I can count 😢I just love their fragrance but they hate me.
Those Shrubs are beautiful (Steady as She Goes) looks really gorgeous
I love the jazz hands but I live in zone 6b. It's so beautiful! Thanks to you Jenny, I think I'll try a gardenia.
🩷
I wish proven winners would make more full shade plants. I have so many trees it is so hard to find plants.
Hi Jenny, I trust your always honest and well experienced information. Fell in love with those gardenias, 'Steady as She Goes .' Reaching out for your opinion as to whether or not they'll thrive outdoors in 7a Long Island area. Proven Winners did indicate zone 7 on their label. Any thoughts?
Love Indian Hawthorns’ foliage, flowers, and berries. Warning, they do not do well with cold cold weather. Even in Texas (7b/ 8a) ours have suffered from severe winter burn and large amounts of them in the area have died with the colder winters we have had for past few years. I mulch ours up and cover them if we are getting severe winter weather. I also would plant them in a more protected spot for winter weather if possible.
🙋
Watching from Delaware.
I bit the bullet and bought a pillow talk gardenia. I’m a 6b but I planted it in a pot. Any tips for overwintering it in the basement.
My Fairy trail Bride looks nothing like that! Disappointing.
Thanks Jenny for the review of mostly southern shrubs. We southern gardeners (9b) tend to feel a little neglected and envious of all the plants that generally don’t survive our climates. It is refreshing to know that Proven Winners is putting some focus in this area. In terms of hydrangeas that are my favorite, I just have to let them go, as no matter how hard I have tried, they just can’t survive the late summer temps in my zone.
Very interested in Juiced Orange Jessamine. Can you please advise whether it is toxic like Carolina jessamine vine? Also, can flowers be used in bouquets? Thank you very much for your videos!
Jenny I can't wait to see the progress in the Proven Winner's Signature garden. Also, the official proven winner's website lists fairytrail bride as hardy to zone's 6 to 9. I've seen many conflicting sites where some say zone 7 and some zone 6. I bought one this year and I'm concerned about wintering it over in zone 6a.
Does proven winters make a petite panicle hydrangea that grows only on new wood..? Want for container!!! Thanks
I overwintered the Fairytrail Bride hydrangea outside in a sunny location in a pot against the house. It was successful. Same with my sister. We are 6b Philly suburbs.
Taman kecil yang menawan. Bunga bunga terlihat subur dan segar
Amen to the comment just below= my shrubs are at least 25-30 years old and need to .
Be replaced- see you next year
Why can’t you sell as 1 gallon? All 3 gallon is is more dirt.
Really wish proven winners would hybridize a reblooming azalea for the northern gardens…I'm zone 5..those azaleas were beautiful..
Jenny, thanks for sharing new plants. Would it be possible to post the name of the plant on the screen. Sometimes it's hard to read the card! Thanks as always for sharing your knowledge of plants!
Good to see a new pinky winky, I have the old version, mine is about 10 foot by ten foot, this year it has some pink on it but not very often.
