  1. Got my first two peppers today as well only half the size but I'll take them for a very first harvest. Thanks for all the tips too they have really helped me. 😄😄

  2. I thought I heard in some circles that good weather in general would carry on until the end of October? Perhaps I am too desperate to hear better news weather wise!

  3. Hi Ivan, can you help me , I have quite a lot of celery growing tall in my raised garden but it’s all spindly and not hardening up, so should I give up on it or is is still got longer to be in ground?

  4. Thanks Ivan, for this great update, I've finally got a tomatoe turning red but I don't think that any of my peppers will but I'm not that bothered as we eat them green or red. I just need to get the toms to ripen in this unusual September heat. Take care and all the best. Stevie

  5. Hi I'm new to your channel and new to gardening. My name is Annette I decided to start a small Autumn garden. I have started them all by seed outdoors, about 2 weeks ago. I have got little greenhouses 4 shelf ones. Iv planted spinach carrots pes bean red beetroot tomatoes and all different herbs. Iwas told to cover all pots until with plastic and to keep greenhouse doors shut at night. I had beans sprouts come through withing 7 days but they have all died. Could you let me no if im doing anything wrong please .I would really appreciate it xxx

  6. I love the motto “anything is better than nothing” because it is.
There can be nothing more beautiful than seed to stomach.
    Loving the videos. Thankyou Ivan

  7. my first squash and pumkin they need soooooooooo much water and each time it folds it's leaves its needing water i found out and thus the harvest is harvesting. i have learned alot in this lesson for next season.

  8. Hi Ivan, yet another great video. It's weird this year. I'm in North West England and i grew green and yellow courgettes outside as i don't have a greenhouse, one og each. The yellow courgettes did average but the green courgettes went mad. We couldn't eat them fast enough and i must have eaten them every possible way. I think they loved the rain 😅. PS loved your banana bread .

  9. Hi Ivan, would you try trimming all the shoots and all old leaves and take all the smallest fruits on your butternut leaving only the largest as an experiment to put all the energy into that one fruit, as we only have till Monday pretty much of this really warm weather. It might be fun to see. I have seen someone use a plastic milk bottle carton with a hole in the top, then use a wick in the top and feed it a solution of liquid seaweed fertiliser. Placing the wick next to the stem/root area. It made their pumpkin grow a few inches a day. Hope it maybe of some use. I enjoy your videos.

  10. I feel your pain. I’ve got a pepper plant that’s done nothing but show flowers fors weeks and now it’s just starting to show a pepper. Too little too late. You’ve shown me mistakes aren’t bad. It’s how you learn and go forward 👍

  11. Hoping that the weather keeps going abit for my chillis and peppers to ripen and grow abit more.
