A month ago, I planted all 21 Korean vegetable seeds that I am selling at my Etsy shop to share the sprouting process with you. You might wonder how my Korean plants are doing. So here is an updated video for you. If you want to grow your own Korean vegetables, please check my Etsy shop.

  1. You have a green thumb! I’m growing green onions and basil in the backyard and they’re still the same size they were last month 🥲

  2. 💁🏻‍♀️A Note from Aeri :

    1. Korean Zucchini and Korean cucumber are growing the best along with 3 different kinds of peppers (hot, cucumber, shishito peppers), 3 different kinds of radishes (Korean, bachelor, young radishes), Napa cabbage, Korean melon, Perilla, etc.

    2. Leafy vegetable seeds such as lettuce, crown daisy, and spinach sprouted pretty well..but they seem to grow very slow indoors and they are more sensitive to the temperature and sunlight. I will plant these kinds of seeds directly in my garden (ground) next year.

    3. Rare vegetables such as bellflower, and Fischer's ragwort were my most curious seeds to plant. Luckily both of them sprouted too.. just I need to study a little more about how to grow them better. 😉

    4. I'm also excited about my garlic chives, bunching onion, and Korean welsh onion. I worried about them..but they all sprouted pretty well. One mistake I made was. I planted too many in too narrow a space.. as a result, they seem not grown tall and big. These are other seeds that I'm definitely will start to plant the seeds on the ground next year.

    4. A tip for you if you want to sprout your seeds well:
    – Method 1: Before planting your seeds, soak the seeds in water overnight, then plant them.
    – Method 2: Keep your seeds in the freezer 2-3 hours before planting them.
    – Method 3: Put your seeds on the wet paper towels and cover them with wet paper towers (You can just put them in web paper towels and fold them to cover the seeds.). Leave the seeds like that until it just starts to sprout and then plant them in the oil. Make sure that the paper towel doesn't get dried.
    – Do not plant your seeds too deep in your soil. Plant seeds at a depth equal to.

I'm happy to see all my seeds sprouted well. Hopefully, the warm weather comes here and I can share my plants with my friends so they can transplant them into their gardens. (We have to move in 2 months, so we will not have a ground garden this year.🥲) If you were near me, I could share some with you. Thanks for watching.
