It looks like a monstera Thai constellation to me. These plants need a node for new growth to grow from. It does look like new growth is coming in the form of a small leaf on the bottom there. But it looks like it is rotting unfortunately. That is your only hope. Apply some cinnamon to it and keep it submerged in water until it starts rooting. I doubt it is gonna live (because of the rot). It doesn’t hurt to try though.

He’s a White knight philodendron, unfortunately that baby doesn’t have any nodes and they need nodes to grow roots, here’s one of my cuttings from same plant, currently growing as a water propagation, once roots have grown quite a bit I’ll move him into a chunky medium. Happy planting 🍃🤗
