I have no idea what is going on. Half a year ago, these two bulbs appeared with pink horns. Soon after, the horns dried out, and sometime this week, the bulb/floral chamber burst open exposing these yellow clusters with black dots. Any tips on what to do?

That’s the female part of the flower but it might have been fertilized you could fertilize it yourself if not just rub the pollen on it to make sure and you’ll have seeds soon but it might have already been pollinated
You got seeds.
Honestly looks like a seed pod! I’ve had alocasias flower and get soo close to producing seeds, but I think I under-fertilized and she overproduction flowers (4 at one time!), so none of them lasted long enough to produce viable seeds. Those look like you could take em and get seeds to plant!
Unfortunately, these are normal, unfertilized ovules & are not viable berries/seeds. Once the inflorescences have wilted, you can’t trim them off near the base of their petiole.
Those yellow ovules are [present inside the bulbous floral chamber, regardless of whether the female flowers within had been pollinated.](https://imgur.com/a/PiA3QpH)
IF the female flowers had been fertilized, the ovules of this species would begin to swell & form fat, green berries (similar to my [PIC #3](https://imgur.com/a/nYcgig0)), then gradually ripen to sunset orange/red color.
