As you can see it’s very soft on the cane at the first point from the bottom, very bendy. I thought maybe chop and prop? But with the new growth points on the top, I wasn’t sure if the softness on the cane is something that could be reversed.
I’ve also chopped the roots since they were almost ALL brown. But the roots that were left, I dipped in rooting hormone first.

    New shoots will grow from the nodes, but it’ll take longer without any leaves. I’ve had success using keiki paste!

    It’s too long and skinny, making it weak and spindly.would cut it in sections , leaving a node in each section and root in water.

    Once you get some strong roots, put in several pots. The rooting will take several weeks. Then, they need to be in a bright, but not direct sun location. Let dry some and water well, not letting sit in water. Good luck!

    Place it inside a clear bag, blow air and close/clip it. Place in cool , well lit area but no sun.
