  1. Because of the heavy metals that are in the Air we breathe… will your vegetables and fruits start to spark in the microwave ? Particularly the grapes, raspberries, cauliflower and chard ?

  2. hi there "my beautiful ebony eyes"

  3. Hi Kaye, I hope you heal fast. Please let me give you some advice. Everybody thinks essential oils are a good thing, but in fact, essential oils are very dangerous. They are volatile organic compounds. It takes about 10,000 lavender plants to make about one drop of lavender essential oil. You would never come in contact with something like that in nature. It’s also very disrespectful to the plant species. I watch and enjoy your channel very much, and I know you have cats. A cat’s liver cannot process the phenols in essential oils. So, even if you are not using essential oils on your cat, you are slowly killing your cat. Essential oils is a billion dollar industry, but true herbalists do not allow essential oils in their homes.

  4. Is that a $9000 stir fry? 😊 I figured I just made the world's most expensive salad from my garden

  5. Stir Fry is my “Go To” Got my raised beds up and growing one is Full sun Summer types one is partial shade Fall Winter vegetables which I didn’t know would survive colder weather even frosts.

  6. Hello kitty Kaye. Can't watch, too much drooling, but smells great to my minds nose.😂 I knew you couldn't stay off that leg, arrrgh. Carry on, it all looks great!! Kudos! 💪💥💜🌎♎⛵🇺🇸

  7. Looks delicious; sorry about your knee, Lord willing you'll have a speedy recovery. Please be careful out there and keep up the good work.

  8. Kaye, absolutely looks delicious!! I wish I had your cooking skills of knowing which seasoning goes with the items in your dish! My sister loves to cook and just cooks “from the hip” so to speak! I think it’s a gift! I see you had leftovers; were they good the next day or did you add eggs as a type of breakfast dish?
    Love from Spring,Tx

  9. The deer ate most of my sweet potato leaves. I can use wash at I have left and try this dish. Thank you

  10. I have yet to try sweet potato leaves…your recipe looks yummy. Will have to go for it! Hope you are feeling well and healing fast!

  11. Hi Kaye, hope your knee is getting better🖐🏻 your stir fry looks yummy

  12. What a wonderful dinner idea to use up some of the produce from your garden! Had no idea about the sweet potato leaves so good to know how they can be used in stir fry. Will have to try some fruit vinegar in my next stir fry as I have never tried that before. My go to stir fry includes some of what you had but include mushrooms, carrots, and broccoli with fresh grated ginger root which I am growing now. Hope your knee is getting better and so glad no surgery is needed but therapy will be a challenge I am sure. Blessings always..

  13. Since quinoa grain is a complete protein, I would assume that lambsquarter seed would be also, as quinoa was developed from its wild cousin, lambsquarters. The seeds could be added to the stir fry just like the sesame seeds were. Lambsquarter seed can be added to breads and as a topping on muffins for a little crunchiness. And, yes, toasted sesame seed oil is awesome!
