Yellow can mean many things, but since the vine is yellow I would assume there was root damage with that one vine given how well the rest of the plant is doing.

Sometimes when you reorder the vines / move the the plants it will go through senescence and kill the leaves which are no longer productive – I wouldn’t worry.
