My golden cane palm has been getting these spots and I feel the leaves are dying quicker than usual. Spray the foliage with eco oil to suffocate the pests, but with an infestation that bad prepare to treat it regularly (or dispose of the plant) Also, quarantine this plant to save your other plants.
