Cinnamon has anti-fungal properties. It can sprinkled right on your seed starting mixes to stop/slow fungus growth and Damping-Off diseases. The cotton like fuzz the grows on the stems on newly germinated seeds. It kills seedlings. This is how you use cinnamon on your seed starts.
